Okay purchase this Roomba, but before u open up this bad boy or girl(depending on which name you choose) please read below: The Roomba is easy to instal, the installing the app is even easier. Charging doesn't take too long, but I noticed once you put the Roomba on the charge you will see the charging icon, then it disappears. Note** even though the icon is gone, your Roomba is still charging. You can set up which days and times you want your Roomba to clean. Cleaning: it gets the job done! I have 2 girls, one of which is a toddler who tends to drop crumbs any and everywhere. "Jeffrey" gets all the crumbs up.! I feel he does a great job on the carpeted rooms in my house and I was quite impressed he left lines in the carpet from cleaning. Let's get to my cons: Yes he is a bit noisy, but it's a vacuum. What vacuum is quiet? The debris bin is small, but then again it holds a lot of trash. Thinking back, I'm not sure if that should've been a con. He does tend to get stuck under certain furniture pieces, therefore he has some battle wounds (scratches and scuff marks from being underneath and trying to get himself out))had I known beforehand I would've blocked off the furniture. All in all I give it 5 stars..

Love it! If I could buy another I would I don't know why I would need another but it's just how I feel. Maybe the one that mops the floor I would buy lol. I'm disabled and my wife works 10 hour days and I try to take care of the household chores because she works a lot. So I got the roomba because I've always wanted one and I haven't been disappointed by it. Did have some hiccups at first because I've had hanging wires around like phone charger wires or a spot here and there where it would get hung up. But I fixed those problems and now my roomba has made my life better with one less job to do.

Great product that easily helps keep my house clean! My girlfriend loves coming over to my place now since I have "clean floors" (which are a combo of tile and carpet). Although I keep my place tidy and organized, I hated vacuuming everyday and this easily solved that problem. Helps keep the floors clean with minimal effort..."Set it and forget it" is the motto and my iRobot..."Romeo Da Roomba" is worth every penny. He goes on at 12:30 PM while I'm at work and me and/or my girlfriend come home to a much cleaner place. You'll never have to hear a complaint about your floors being dirty, there being too much pet hair or your girlfriend/wife/etc. hair being on the floor...Romeo Da Roomba takes care if that for me...everyday...at 12:30 PM. Best investment in a product I made this year and it worked so well that we got one for my girlfriend too! I love this vacuum and you will too!

Okay, here's the thing. This Roomba cleans like a champ. It's a bit on the loud side, but that's not the issue. The problem I have is that it never, EVER returns to home base to charge. If there was one thing my two prior no-name robot vacs could do reliably, it was return home to charge. This one just stops wherever it is when it's cycle is complete and chirps relentlessly until you physically pick it up and take it home. Clicking the base button doesn't tell it to go home either; instead it just moves aimlessly about for maybe a minute befor deciding that its battery is dead. Which means I'm still physically picking up the thing and bringing it home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dark hardwoods in half of my house which show every crumb and hair ( and I have 3 kids that create piles of crumbs many times a day). The iRoomba614 can clean them up letting me do another needed chore. The smaller the area, the better the clean. The scheduled clean you can set up on your phone works- but be aware that it will set off motion detectors if you have a security system that uses them! I have used it on the carpet and while it doesn't deep clean the carpet like a heavy duty vacuum, the carpet fuzz, lint, debris gets picked up with nice lines left telling you it was vacuumed.

I come home to vacuum floors every day what is not to love. It does miss some spots, but it's a big space so that may not help. It loves to get stuck on cords so if you aren't home when it runs; either pick up the cords or close doors to those rooms and do them when you get home. I had a bad cord in my 1st package and customer service was very helpful and sent a new cord and even called back to make sure the cord worked and the Roomba was working.

I own a boutique with hard wood floors, brick walls and several area rugs. "Rosie" works great and every day! Unpacking clothes along with a brick wall and hard wood floors creates a lot of dust and threads - she is amazing! My store is so much less dusty and my team members can be doing more productive tasks than cleaning.

It never ran a full cycle without having to be rescued. Either stuck in furniture, stuck in a corner, stuck over a step... It also does not like dark striped carpet, confirmed by the manual. The random cleaning pattern means it frequently goes around dirt. You have to clean before you run it or it will get caught on objects, which makes sense, but if I have to clean before I run it, it seems redundant. It would be fine in a large one floor house with no rugs and no oddly shaped furniture.

My sweet son and daughter-in-law got me this for Christmas - I have thanked them a dozen times because this product has made such a difference in my life. It is so easy to use and when I empty the bin I feel like my house is cleaner - it picks up a lot of pet hair - never knew my cat shed so much.

I am happy to have a helper like roomba. It is much easier to clean having roomba doing most of the cleaning shores since I can watch TV or seat for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. My dog ( Lucy) is always checking at roomba to supervise where it is.
