Purchased 2 of these (1 for me, 1 for a friend). Neither of them work well leaving a great deal of material on the floor that the worst traditional vacuum would have lifted. Paid $196 for each of them and consider this item a total waste of money. Neither Sam's or the manufacturer was willing to do anything even though I contacted both within 2 weeks of purchase. Save your money. Stick to buying paper towels and toilet paper from Sam's.

There is a problem with iRobot 692 with getting parts such as side brushes with correct screws. There seems to be two versions of this Vaccum and the screws to secure are different lengths. No support from iRobot. Very disappointing Also gets stuck a lot

These wonderful little machines are not perfect but they certainly make life easier. At my house we had to move some furniture and hide wires to help the machine move around but that was expected. The amount of effort it takes to help the machine move around is well worth the time and energy it saves me.

Goes where mop would not go.

Still learning. The machine does pick up well.

The robot is working fantastic

This stalls all the time. The smart feature makes it cumbersome to use

I've had a different brand for several years and it worked much better than this one

Powerful cleaning tool. Even cleans under the bed.

Works great and does a great job cleaning
