The smart features are nice and the drying feature where it pops the door open is really cool. Additionally, the countdown timer is great. My only complaint would be the height of the second shelf seems to be a little weird for my glasses but maybe thats just an us problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

New home purchase in July 2023 came with this dishwasher. The unit is quiet and seems to clean ok. I wish they had put an explanation of the cycles in the quick guide. In October the door leaked a large amount of water on the floor. The builder contacted Samsung and they came out within a week. They ended up replacing the whole inside of the door a few weeks later. It seems other reviewers are having the same issue. I would steer clear of this dishwasher if I were purchasing.

This dishwasher is very quiet and gives us cleaner dishes than any of the previous brands. Features on this dishwasher are amazing. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Dishwasher, very quiet, sometimes unsure if it's on or off. Dishes come out clean and dry. The only complaint is that the bottom rack slides off the tracks when fully extended. Requires some manipulation to get it to go back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to be selected for this campaign. I'll start with the pros. 1) Its so very quiet 2) It does an amazing job cleaning the dishes. 3) The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is amazing! 4) The auto-open door feature is spectacular and aids in the drying tremendously. Now for the cons: 1) The lower rack has tines that on the left side can be folded into make that area flat, but the design to transition between upright and flat is flawed. When I'm loading pretty much anything on that side, the tines are CONSTANTLY falling inwards to the flat option, which isn't ideal when anything separated by the tines. 2) As mentioned in other reviews, when you raise the middle rack, the door doesn't close. 3) I was hoping with the 3rd rack on top, I'd be able to fit more in it, but the reality is that since that pushes the middle rack down, it actually fits less, since I can't put items that are taller in the bottom rack, items that used to fit fine in my old dishwasher no longer fit in this one at all. Overall, its a very nice dishwasher, but I think my hopes were up too high, and it fell a little flat.

I generally rate my dishwasher appliances under these criterias: 1) Ease of use and durability 2) Degree of cleanliness 3) Duration of cycles Here are my responses to my criterias above. 1) Incredibly easy to use. This dishwasher has three trays as seen in the picture which allows for multiple and various different items that can be washed in one cycle. The buttons, while they are tactile, are very response and very easy to use. 2) Very clean, and better than my prior generation of a different competing brand. I think what is important is that you choose the right clean cycle, i.e. heavy cycle for a large load of dishes and regular for something lighter. 3) The regular cycle is several hours but you have the optionality for an express cleaning which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this machine for those looking for a sleek and viable dishwasher for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised with how well this dishwasher cleans, but that's not surprising given Samsung's reputation for high-quality products. In fact, Samsung has taken over my entire kitchen. The dishwasher runs quietly at 42 decibels, so it doesn't interfere with our television viewing. It has a considerably larger capacity inside than my previous one, so we don't have to run as often (have a household of 4). The third rack can be used to store silverware or Tupperware lids, freeing up space on the bottom rack for plates. I wish there was a bit more place on this rack for little bowls. The center rack can be adjusted up or down to accommodate taller objects. Although we try to semi-clean the dishes before we put them in, it has a Stormwash mode that cleans even the toughest of crusted food particles on the plate. The center rack can be adjusted to fit taller objects. It works well with wine glasses, water bottles, and coffee mugs. Every time, the dishes and glassware are pristine. It boasts a clever energy-saving mechanism that helps dry the dishwasher by opening it allowing them to air dry.

Lots of features and works seamless with Smart Things. Notifies me on my TV when the cycle is complete and automatically pops open the door for better drying.
