Features about the dishwasher that we love are the following: - The dishwasher door opens after the cycle runs. This allows for the dishes to start drying naturally - The dishwasher really cleans the dishes nicely. I don't think we have had to rewash any dishes unlike our previous - I have really enjoyed having the small top rack to lay down long spatulas or random small items that could slip through the cracks

New home purchase in July 2023 came with this dishwasher. The unit is quiet and seems to clean ok. I wish they had put an explanation of the cycles in the quick guide. In October the door leaked a large amount of water on the floor. The builder contacted Samsung and they came out within a week. They ended up replacing the whole inside of the door a few weeks later. It seems other reviewers are having the same issue. I would steer clear of this dishwasher if I were purchasing.

The only minor point of contention that we have found is that there is not quite the height clearance due to the silverware shelf on top. Still quite manageable and only pointing it out so that others may need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher fits so elegantly in my recently remodeled kitchen. this is a front handle dishwasher in stainless steel and is easy to use. it is one of the quietest dishwasher i have ever used and works great. it has customizable cycle options and is very efficient to use. it has a storm wash technology and does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. the dishwasher has great capacity and helps arrange the dishes systematically. it connects to wifi and is easy to operate from the phone.

I had an earlier model and wanted the same. This is not as nice as my previous unit. Main problem is the silverware basket cannot be separated into two units; this wouldn't be such a big issue if the basket had some of way of being connected to the bottom rack. Ours tips over unless there is something like a plate standing in front of it. I have been looking for a solution (no mention in the manual) for a few weeks with no luck. Does anyone have an solution for me? Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with my new Samsung dishwasher with StormWash+ with Smart Dry. It has a beautiful fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish on the exterior but it also has a clean and shiny, stainless steel interior. The namesake feature, StormWash+, beautifully cleans even the dirtiest of dishes. Another one of the many features I love about my new dishwasher is the fact at 42dBA, you can barely hear it while it's in use. I have an open concept floorplan and used to always hear my old dishwasher gurgling and swishing along during the wash cycles, not so with my new Samsung! I've questioned if the dishwashing cycle was interrupted, went to check on it and the dishwasher was functioning perfectly, but so quiet you can barely hear it, what a treat. You can see on the control panel the amount of time left in the wash/dry cycle and there are also three led lights that let you know if the dishwasher is in the wash, rinse or dry mode. When you connect your dishwasher to the Samsung SmartThings application there's no need to check on your super quiet dishwasher. The SmartThings app give you the ability to start, pause, stop, etc. remotely from your phone and if you like, it will alert you when your dishwashing cycle is complete. I love having a third rack at the top level to place the odd sized kitchen utensils such as spatulas, whisks, bottle openers and well as the tops to plastic wear. The center rack is easily adjustable up or down to help accommodate fitting more in the dishwasher, especially helpful when you have taller items like pitchers or large frying pans. The Smart Dry function with the AutoRelease Door system is yet another feature I love about my new dishwasher. Towards the end of the drying cycle the door to the dishwasher automatically pops open approximately 3 inches to allow for air circulation and to better aid in drying and it's energy saving to boot. All in all, I'm very pleased with my selection of this Samsung dishwasher and I'm going to look to Samsung when purchasing a new range later this year.

I purchased this "whisper quiet" and "so quiet you won't even know it's on" dishwasher in June of this year when we moved into our new home. Immediately I discovered that I could clearly hear the dishwasher, in fact I would even describe it as relatively loud. It is rated at 42 dBA, and my meter ratings had it pulsing as high as 63 dBA. It took awhile for me to get to arranging service as we had just moved in and had so much to do. When the Samsung repair people arrived, they had no concept of how loud it was supposed to be and told me that the machine was operating properly even though they themselves did a decibel measure that pulsed to 63 dBA. They called Samsung technical support who claimed -- out of the blue -- that the reading needed to be done TEN feet away from the machine. That reading STILL pulsed to the 50s, and Samsung tech support said that was within acceptable range. So quite frankly, I have no idea what the "42 dBA" advertised for this machine means. We have an open concept kitchen and purchased this dishwasher so that it could run while we were eating and we wouldn't hear it, which, as is clear by now, is absolutely not the case. I've attempted to continue to pursue my issue with Samsung. After my service appointment, I called in and I was given a claim number and told that I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. No one called me. I called myself a week later and was told that my claim was cancelled as the service techs deemed there was "nothing wrong" with my machine, despite the meter readings they themselves did. I asked to be elevated to a supervisor and I am now awaiting that callback, if it ever happens. It's an absolute clown show. I am a GIANT Samsung customer -- I've purchased MULTIPLE phones, watches, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, refrigerators -- EVERYTHING. I am normally very happy with their products and customer service, but they've absolutely browned the bed on this one. If you are expecting a machine that you "won't know it's on," DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I can't overstate the degree to which the product, and the subsequent service/support, has utterly failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Dishwasher, very quiet, sometimes unsure if it's on or off. Dishes come out clean and dry. The only complaint is that the bottom rack slides off the tracks when fully extended. Requires some manipulation to get it to go back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new dishwasher! It's modern design made a huge difference to updating my kitchen. It does a great job washing dishes. It's super quiet and I can barely tell if it's running, but thankfully the door automatically opens when the cycle finishes which is very helpful in communicating when dishes are clean. It can really pack in a lot of dishes and placement is flexible due to all of the adjustments.
