It is insanely quiet, I can’t even tell when it’s running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this model to replace 10-year-old leading brand dishwasher. Took around 2.5 weeks to get it delivered and installed. Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.

Very quiet and packed with awesome features: auto door release at the end of the cycle, storm wash removes toughest residues, tunable dry cycle, and smart things for fine tuning. This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! I also love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is. I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen! Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.

Just one trouble, the jet washer that hangs under the center rack falls off all the time. can snap it back on but is troublesome. needs a slight reengineering to keep it attached to the rack.

It cleans faster and more thoroughly than others that cost much more. Even the quick wash cycle cleans better than most others with longer cycles. The racks were cleverly designed to firmly hold dishes, cups, glasses and silverware in the places where you put them, while other brands leave them wobbley or unstable. The feature that pops the door open near the end of the cycle is brilliant. It allows those last few drops of moisture that puddle on depressions to evaporate with the gentle fan that whispers them dry. Everything about this dishwasher is better than the others, an I have tried them all.

The open concept living area and kitchen were on our list as we love to entertain. However, the existing dishwasher was just too loud for the heart of our home! We have always had great luck with our Samsung appliances, and we knew that the 42 dBA Smart Dishwasher was going to be a gamechanger for us. Not only is the dishwasher very quiet, but it also integrates nicely into our Smartthings home. Following the simple setup instructions, it wasn't long before we were falling in love with the large capacity, efficient cleaning, quiet operation, and job completion notifications that display on our TVs and smartwatch. The stainless steel finish on the inside is easy to clean and the various rack adjustments make cleaning up after a weekday lunch or weekend party a breeze. Something that really impressed us was the top rack that works perfectly for silverware. We were used to the silverware caddies on almost all dishwashers, and this one still comes with one, but we use the top rack exclusively for silverware. It keeps the silverware separate and it makes does a great job cleaning every fork, spoon, or knife, the first time, every time. Additionally, by not using the silverware caddy, and by utilizing the toolless adjustable racks and rack heights, we are finding that our large places and server ware are able to easily fit in one load. These flexible loading options enable us to reduce the number of loads we run and reduce the manual effort of washing these larger items. I cannot express enough how quiet this machine runs! A few steps away and the machine is practically silent! The Smartthings integration for routines and monitoring the status of jobs and machine status is a much-appreciated feature. Also, the door kicks itself slightly open at the end of the job to help the dishes dry more efficiently, and encourages you to put those dishes away. I cannot recommend this dishwasher enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a much-needed update from my old dishwasher that was no longer effectively cleaning my dishes. It has so many convenient features. It is very spacious with 3 racks instead of the usual 2. The top rack is convenient for larger and longer utensils as well as smaller items. The racks are also adjustable to accommodate large dishes and/or pots and pans. It has several wash cycles and options, including a 60-minute express wash and a StormWash feature to target dishes that need more intense cleaning. It is also so quiet, I can't hear it at all when it is running. Besides my dishes coming out sparkling clean now, my favorite upgrade is the ability to connect to Samsung's SmartThings app with Wi-Fi. I get notifications on my TV when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher door also auto-releases at the end of the cycle, so no guessing on whether or not I forgot to turn it on.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and its efficiency. Samsung has outdone itself again with this appliance and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job cleaning but it’s strange to load. I can’t fit as much in the dishwasher as my old one meaning 2 loads per day instead of 1. Also the bottom rack comes off the track when pulling it out to load it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look, its super quiet, and the dishes come out super clean. Downside is they use RXO for delivery and installation in my area. The delivery was weeks late and the delivery team clearly had no clue what they were doing to install it, and now my brand new dishwasher also leaks from under the front door, so Samsung is sending a replacement. Fingers crossed the delivery team knows what they're doing and this one doesn't leak.
