[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I recently moved into a new house which came with a new dishwasher. That one was so loud I could not even watch TV while it was running. This dishwasher is whisper quiet, it also has settings to wash later or smaller loads. I love that it has a 3rd rack at the top for silverware, this is a great way to add more space inside for more dishware. It also has a stormwash feature that can be used to blast something that really needs some extra help getting clean. I also like that this dishwasher automatically opens the door when the dishes are done to help with the drying. if someone is looking for a great high end dishwasher, this is the one to get.

Here is what I have learned so far from using this dishwasher 1) the dishwasher is super quiet. The comparison between this DW and my previous one is night and day. Normally I would have to turn on the volume on my TV everytime the DW is running. Not this one. I barely notice that it is on. 2) simple design. It looks very nice and simple. 3) electronics are very easy to use. I normally just select NORMAL and off we go! 4) the drying feature is very cool. With about 15 mins left in the drying process, the DW will open to help dry the dishes. This feature is cool as it will help with the smell if you have water left in the DW and it is closed. I had this issue before using my previous DW. I dont foresee this being a problem with this added feature. 5) plenty of rack spaces but one that stands out the most to me that I love is the pull out rack at the top. We use this rack for long pointy items like the chopsticks. In my previous DW, we would put the chopsticks to the right side rack and the chopsticks would always slide down and get stuck between the rack. I haven't found anything negative regarding the dishwasher yet as it does everything I asked for and more!

I cannot fit large pans in the lower tray even after adjusting the height. I also have trouble fitting regular bowls and large glasses in the upper tray. Very disappointing.

It is insanely quiet, I can’t even tell when it’s running unless I look at the display that shows the remaining run time. The install was very straight forward, and it is set up to work with my other Samsung appliances through thr SmartThings app. This thing cleans great, and I love the option for drying, as well as how it pops open the door when the cycle is complete in order to allow the dishes to dry completely. It was used to replace a Whirlpool dishwasher that was new when we bought our new house in 2017. This new dishwasher cleans and dries significantly better, even using the same detergent.

It dries super fast, the door pops open by itself to help it dry super fast. It's also a smart device, so it works with my Smart Things App...it even told me to do a clean cycle. I really like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my samsung smart dishwasher is fantastic! not only does it clean well, it’s very sleek and attractive on the outside. i love that it has a third rack but keep in mind that it does impact the height of the other racks (heights are adjustable). the door partially opens once the cycle completes and allows air circulation. because of this, i have dry plasticware for the first time ever! the exterior surface is fingerprint free which keeps my kitchen looking clean! i highly recommend this dishwasher. it’s heavy duty and gets the job done well!

Just one trouble, the jet washer that hangs under the center rack falls off all the time. can snap it back on but is troublesome. needs a slight reengineering to keep it attached to the rack.

The dishwasher functions very well and has such a sleek and nice design. However, after a few months of use, the panel that displays the time when we look at the dishwasher from its face cracks. I noticed 3 cracks today. I am not the only person this has happened to. If there is a flaw with how the product looks like on the outside knowing very well the look is part of the value, then we find ourselves in an unfortunate situation. Again, the performance is great. It cleans well and it has multiple options for cleaning different types of dishes. I am just a bit reluctant to get the rest of the Bespoke suite for my house, because I don't want scratches all over the appliances that are not "wear and tear".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung and own several Samsung items that connect with their Smart Things iOS app, which I appreciate. I had high hopes for this dishwasher due to it's modern design and technical features, such as its ultra quiet running, auto dry/opening of the door. The third flat rack also seemed like a nice feature. I installed the unit myself and it was not difficult to do. Took me about one hour between removing my old unit and installing the new. It seamlessly hooked up to WiFi via the Smart Things Samsung app. The dishwasher's black stainless exterior is gorgeous and all stainless interior tub is the best way to go! Where this unit falls flat, is the racks. The racks seem to be pretty cheap and my wife and I are still figuring out the best way to load all our dishes into it. I did have to call Samsung support after installation because I could not get the unit to work. Turns out the child lock was on, so it was a simple fix. Support was easy and quick to get on the phone. Apparently they are available 24/7 through text as well.
