[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old water wall dishwasher Needed to be replaced. Tried to pick the best dishwasher available and Samsung recommended this one. Certainly seems to do a nice job on the dishes, certainly seems to be a slightly improved wash system. But is significantly louder. Still quiet but my old dishwasher I essentially couldn’t hear even with additional noise Attenuation kind of can’t run this one when I go to bed.

Have had this dishwasher for almost 1 year now and it’s still working great. Haven’t had any issues at all. It is so quiet compared to my last dishwasher and finally I don’t have to rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. My only small complaint is with the 3rd rack which I barely use, it takes away space from other two racks. So sometimes Tupperware might get caught if put in second rack. It was a great buy and I’d buy it again.

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse and I just purchased a new home, and it was built in 2018 with builders' grade appliances. The open concept living area and kitchen were on our list as we love to entertain. However, the existing dishwasher was just too loud for the heart of our home! We have always had great luck with our Samsung appliances, and we knew that the 42 dBA Smart Dishwasher was going to be a gamechanger for us. Not only is the dishwasher very quiet, but it also integrates nicely into our Smartthings home. Following the simple setup instructions, it wasn't long before we were falling in love with the large capacity, efficient cleaning, quiet operation, and job completion notifications that display on our TVs and smartwatch. The stainless steel finish on the inside is easy to clean and the various rack adjustments make cleaning up after a weekday lunch or weekend party a breeze. Something that really impressed us was the top rack that works perfectly for silverware. We were used to the silverware caddies on almost all dishwashers, and this one still comes with one, but we use the top rack exclusively for silverware. It keeps the silverware separate and it makes does a great job cleaning every fork, spoon, or knife, the first time, every time. Additionally, by not using the silverware caddy, and by utilizing the toolless adjustable racks and rack heights, we are finding that our large places and server ware are able to easily fit in one load. These flexible loading options enable us to reduce the number of loads we run and reduce the manual effort of washing these larger items. I cannot express enough how quiet this machine runs! A few steps away and the machine is practically silent! The Smartthings integration for routines and monitoring the status of jobs and machine status is a much-appreciated feature. Also, the door kicks itself slightly open at the end of the job to help the dishes dry more efficiently, and encourages you to put those dishes away. I cannot recommend this dishwasher enough!

Purchase in Nov 2022. Installed in Dec 2023 after a delay in scheduling with Samsung after we paid for installation. 1.5 years later and it’s no longer working. Acts like it’s running but no water goes into the machine. We’ve checked the fill valve and supply line. Repair man says the mother board must be broken. Of course it’s conveniently just outside the warranty window.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher exceeded my expectations. It is much easier to load and has more space for tall items whether on top rack or bottom. Cleans effectively and was very quiet. Love that the door opens automatically when finished. Everything dries without spots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was delivered and installed two weeks ago and has only been used three times so I can't give a long term review. That being said, the dishwasher works flawlessly. It is extremely quiet compared to my three old Frigidaire appliance. And based on its performance to date I expect to get many years of use.

We bought this dishwasher in June after much research. Either we just got a lemon or they are not manufactured well, but after 5 different issues, we had to return it. One month after install, the display screen messed up and a new one had to be installed. Second & third issues- dishwasher leaked on the floor. Technician said it wasn’t level. Leaked again- Needed a new soap dispenser (tech said this has become a common issue). Fourth issue- one piece inside the washer came off, caused an error code that draining wasn’t working. Fifth issue- another error code, this time about leaking. Keep in mind, every time you need a tech to come out, it’s 4-7 days wait. Then if you need a part, it takes even longer. The dishwasher was broken more than it was working. We will only buy Samsung electronics from now on- home appliances are not their specialty.

I wanted the ability to connect to our SmartHub, have a third rack, and be quiet! Our new Samsung hits it out if the park in all three areas. But, I have other features that I never thought of but now appreciate. The ability to see how much time is left in the cycle is so convenient. I try to keep one "water" appliance running at a time so do not use my washer when it's in use. I absolutely love that the door automatically opens when it hits the drying cycle. No more steamy or spotted glasses. Since I started on my own my moms comment to always wash all food off the dishes has been hammered in ny head. I didn't rinse off egg on our breakfast dishes and it came right off. I was amazed. Back to the noise.... its SO quiet you will swear you didn't turn it on. I am so pleased I took the plunge with our new Samsung. I look forward to completing our kitchen with other complimentary appliances.
