Our house is open concept with the kitchen and living together. There is no problem with starting the dishwasher and sitting down in the living and enjoying a movie. I am also pleased with the amount of room and setup of the dishwasher. I appreciate the adjustments that can be made on the top rack depending on what you want. I would definitely recommend!

Our old GE dishwasher died after 7 years and after much deliberation, we opted to get a Samsung dishwasher at the recommendation of family and oh my goodness, it did not disappoint. Love that it is smart, quiet, and efficient. Hope to keep using this dishwasher for years to come.

I like the handware ("silverware") slots on the removable swivel tops that separate individual forks and spoons for better cleaning atop the handware basket. And basket cut-outs allow basket placement across the lower dish rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher I have had in 40 years of owning a home. I love the settings and the modifications you can add to each setting. I use the "60 minute" for a quick ws and the "delay" when I want to hold off my start time. The flexibility in the rack postions are great and I just strated using the "storm wash" add on, Really great for baked on food. I like that I can see in my app where the washer is in the cycle. Great cleaning, easy to load and lots of goodies!

It is easy to use-buttons are located on the top of the recessed handle and they are very clear. Storm wash, sanitize, auto wash, heavy wash, etc. and the time shows so you know how long the dishwasher will run. It is also super quiet, you can barely tell when it’s on. It also has a lot of space. We wash our dishes less frequently because the dishwasher can hold so much. The only downside is not with the dishwasher, the delivery service took very long as they had to bring three different dishwashers - each one had damage and we just decided to keep the last one because it was such a hassle. Other than that, I have been quite happy with the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this model to replace 10-year-old leading brand dishwasher. Took around 2.5 weeks to get it delivered and installed. Installation was done by XPO Logistics and the communication from the scheduling to installation was top notch. Every step of logistics for delivery was notified by text message and email. Very happy with the install and haul away of old appliance. This dishwasher has Smart Dry feature with auto release door which circulates warm air to deliver better drying performance and is great for plasticware. One of the best features compared to my old one is the quietness and yes, its whisper quiet that its hard to know it’s running. It has lot of features like StromWash+, 3rd Rack for small utensils like fork, spoons, silverware, knifes, smart reorder of detergent pods in smarthings app, preblast cycle and so on. The fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish is great for everyday use and keeps the beautiful finish for longer than the regular finish. Cleaning performance is good, but it takes longer time cycle. For a normal cycle it takes around 2:20 minutes which is quiet longer. It does have a Express 60 cycle that quickly cleans in 60 minutes. Pros: Quiet Operation at 42dBA, Smart Dry with auto release door, StormWash+, Express 60-minute cycle, Pre blast cycle, fingerprint resistant stainless finish, 3rd rack, high energy efficient, Wi-Fi connected, App controlled (SmartThings), FlexLoad Rack System, Great Style, and visual appeal. Cons: Longer cleaning cycle, no separate drying or rinsing cycle. Overall, it performs as expected, washes, and dries well. Controlling the dishwasher remotely through app is cool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to a quiet dishwasher with innovative features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a perfect upgrade in our house. It's super quiet dishwasher, sometimes I do not even know is still working. Has few very useful programs, not to many which is very good to do not confuse yourself. Fingerprint resistant finish looks very classy, shiny interior also looks awesome. StormWash option is the best idea for dishwasher. I'm definitely a big fan of it . Control panel is very easy to work with. There is no need to check how much time is left if you use The Smart Things App in your phone. You can start, stop and pause washing and also it will notify you when it's done. Third rack on the top inside is very helpful. This is the special place for cutlery and bigger knifes. Also Smart Dry function with auto release door is very cool and helpful to make your dishes clean and dry. I'm very satisfied of this product and I'm looking forward some other Samsung products !

This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble since day one. A part was leaking on the first day. Eventually that part was replaced, but the new part continued a slow leak (undetected for a while) until the replacement part just fell off. I've tried to fix that part multiple times, but the leak always comes back. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with Samsung dishwashers. Outside of that, the dishwasher doesn't clean nearly as well as my last dishwasher. I don't think I'll be buying another Samsung appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher roughly 1 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. It replaced a 12 year old Amanda dishwasher that was plastic and was loud enough that when it was on, we had to turn the TV volume up in order to hear the TV. The touch interface is really nice and the different setting work really well. The wash quality from my old dish washer to this one was night and day, I am able to fit everything I did in my old dish washer plus more. We use chopsticks a lot and having the third utensils rack is a blessing. No more. Trying to find space on the grates to place the chopsticks so they don’t fall through and stop the waster from rotating. Delivery service was A++ as well, can in took away the old washer and dropped the new one off. Easy and old took 10 minutes. All hookups worked with my existing setup and it was extremely easy to install, so I saved money on the installation. There are tons of Samsung dishwasher tutorials online and if you feel comfortable enough to do it, it’s not a long process.

My old dishwasher, which was just over 10 years old, was noisy and was distracting if it was ran during a movie or a show. This dishwasher is completely unnoticeable now. On top of that the features of this dishwasher are amazing!
