[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers. i love this dishwasher with it's smart dry features! it has several different cleaning and drying options, and i love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. i've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs. i'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. for those that love yeti cups, you can fit a full size yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise! i highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience

We've had this dishwasher over a year, the old one was loud and this one is so quiet you can hardly tell it's going. We love the ease of use and the smart things app tells us when to run an empty clean cycle or when the load is done. Great product and completely happy with it 😀

But Samsung customer service is A1. They did everything in their power to make the situation right and I then understood why I'm such a loyal customer. After my dishwasher was delivered and installed and I haven't had any issues. It's very quiet and cleans the dishes better than ever. Thanks again Samsung.
