[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher. It's better than the previous Maytag that I owned for quite a few reasons. One is the top rack. The silverware rack (or at least I think that's what it is for). It removes the necessity of the basket that usually sits on the bottom rack and separates it entirely. Of course, the basket is still included, but I honestly don't have it in my dishwasher at current time. Two is that it quite frankly has a lot of capacity. I'm able to fit a surprising amount of dishes into this dang thing and have it run effectively. Part of this is because of the aforementioned silverware rack. Means I can remove the basket and just have that much more space for random dishes and/or cookware. Three is that this dishwasher is surprisingly quiet. I was expecting it to be noisy just like every other dishwasher I've used, but it isn't. You can obviously still hear it, but it's not loud at all. Both of the folks that I live with remarked this when I ran it for the first time. Fourth is its ability great ability to wash stuff. Everything has come out very clean since I've bought this. No residue, nothing. The only downside here is that it doesn't have an inbuilt food grinder, so you definitely have to scrape off dishes before using it, but who doesn't do that? Barbarians (and probably small children), that's who. Moving away from that, this dishwasher has SmartThings functionality, but I'm honestly at a loss for how this particular functionality can actually be useful in any sense. I'm not entirely certain why anyone would need to control their dishwasher remotely. I guess for the laziest of the laziest or those with mansions? Idk, seems like a waste of design time for R&D. Overall, this is a great dishwasher that functions exquisitely and has the capacity to make life easy. I highly recommend it and wish that my last dishwasher was a Samsung. Quite frankly, I didn't think a dishwasher could function quite this well.

If you are looking for a dishwasher that is super quiet, then you've found it. If you are looking for something that will hold your dishes, this isn't it. The top rack is adjustable, but to fit a pint glass, you have to lower it. There are only two settings. When you lower the top rack, standard plates don't fit on the bottom. If there were a mid-level setting for the upper rack, all would be perfect. Unfortunately, there isn't. Also, the door does not open flat. I don't have a clue why Samsung would design a door this way. If you try to load the bottom rack, you have to hold the door down to get the rack out. I wish I could return it, it is that bad. If you are thinking about buying this, don't waste your money. Get a Bosch instead. Far better product for design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great very quiet dishwasher. The only issue we have: the door side panel cracked without any reason and Samsung refused to change the part saying it's not covered by our warranty. It's very sad. Our next dishwasher won't be Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super quiet dishwasher! Can't even hear it running. It's got a wonderful stainless interior and 3 trays. The middle tray is height adjustable. There are lots of options for the dividers as sections for down our away to free up space. My husband and 8 installed it with no problems. Ours is the black stainless and it does not show fingerprints or water spots which out old stainless one did. I was constantly wiping it down to remove water drips and such. It has several washing options and a high speed drying option. Sometimes lids or containers don't get dried completely but it usually does a good job and the door pops open when it is complete to allow steam to escape which helps the drying time. The quality feels good and I think it'll last a long time. Highly recommend Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes come out sparkly clean. Love that with the selected sanitize option, the dishwasher opens up to let you know it is done and allows the dishes to cool a little faster. Love the third top shelf for large utensils as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs very quietly. Dishes are cleaned nicely. The interior design for plates and other dishware is not great. The space is small. It is not organized in a way to easily fit dishes. The need to completely lower the door in order to pull the bottom rack out is annoying and adds another un-needed step when you're trying to quickly load the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would not buy this dishwasher again. Is not consistent with how it washes. Especially the glass rack. Just don't feel they look clean. Foggy and food still left on. I have tried different ways and even had a workman come out. Because it runs, and even though it doesn't clean well, they will not replace. Stuck with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet, it fits the days dishes for my family of 5 and we can set it to run at night so it is all done and dry in the morning! The only noise we hear is when the water is going from the pipes to the dishwasher, otherwise it is easy to sleep through. The controls are easy to set and I like being able to set things on the app through my phone.
