[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: Beautiful washer, love the third top rack and the utensil holder :) I would say it's more of a 4.5 star than just a 4, but there are no options for that. The good things - the dishwasher is soo quiet! To the point where I'm questioning if it was even started. That's pretty nice. The esthetics are great too - I got the stainless option and it's beautiful. It has a nice digital countdown that shows up once it's started (an indicator that it's going since it's so quiet). The inside configuration is also great. I love that you can optimize so many aspects of the racks - you can put down some sets of tines if you don't need them or want to put a bigger item in like a large bowl that you don't necessarily need tines for to hold it up, that way they don't get bent like my old dishwasher tines. The middle rack is adjustable which is also nice for larger items on the bottom drawer. I would say I have some oversized pottery barn plates which don't fit in the normal configuration but the adjustable middle rack let's them fit. Additionally the utensil holder is perfect. the guide holes are big enough to fit slightly wider handled utensils and it hold them all nice and neat. And I love that the utensil rack is uniform. It fits my needs perfectly. The two ends of the utensil rack are open so you can put items that don't fit in the other holes there (like peelers, tongs, etc). The third top rack is also great for spatulas and it looks like it may be adjustable too but I haven't figured out if that's true or not. The bad thing about the third top rack is the part of the spatulas that face the top of the dishwasher don't always get cleaned. I think it's because there's not a top water sprayer? (don't quote me on that, I'm not at home to see it). There is a bottom sprayer for the third rack though. There are too many options for me as far as cleaning cycles and I didn't read the manual so I have no idea what each of them does - I just run normal cycles. It's nice that it's a smart dishwasher and connects to my phone so I can easily program start times (ie to run in the middle of the night during non-peak energy usage). All in all I am very satisfied with the washer, however I did get the extended warranty as I've been warned many times that the quality may not be there. I'm hoping they're wrong, but have the insurance jic :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher I replaced is not as powerful as it used to be. I often have to pre-wash and rewash the dishes. I’ve also noticed rust spots on the dishes. Additionally, the bottom rack doesn’t fully adjust to lay flat, which is not very functional for pots and pans. The third rack only works for utensils if they’re pre-washed. Honestly, I wish I had tried to repair or save the older version. It seemed sturdier and functioned better.

Purchased this dishwasher in Black Stainless in February 2025. I upgraded from a GE dishwasher purchased in 1988, so I was definitely expecting a better cleaning experience, but this thing is incredible. I have affectionately nicknamed it Harry Houdini as it makes food, grime, grease, etc disappear with little to no pre-wash or rinsing required. I installed this dishwasher myself and it was extremely simple. I do wish important cycles, such as Self-Clean, were available directly on the dishwasher as opposed to only in SmartThings. Regardless, so far I'm ecstatic with my dishwasher purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 3 year old Samsung with a water wall. I liked it, but the water wall sadly stopped working so dishes weren't getting cleaned and it started leaking every time we washed. This new unit said it was 3 dBA more but can't hear the difference. We have a open living/kitchen so if we run it while we're a wake we didn't want it to be load. It passes that test. I like the autorelease door, which we also had on our other one, so definetly didn't want to loose that. Having the water spin the parts on the bottom is definitely the way to go! I wanted to stay Samsung as weverything from TVs, appliances to phones are all Samsung.

I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year and the items do not always come out clean. Sometimes the silverware, plates, and glasses come out with left over food particles. I often have the items really clean before I run the dishwasher. I clean out the filter weekly. The performance is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet and runs effortlessly. I like the spacious top rack where it holds more than just spoons and forks. Over all an excellent upgrade to the old LG dishwasher we had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the waterfall died on our 3 year old Samsung and no one inour area to working it, we replaced with this unit. I am much happier with this one. Still get the auto opening door at the end of cycle and even though it's 3 decibels more, it's still very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher checks almost all of the boxes: very quiet, flexible dish arrangements, securely holds stemmed wine glasses, and best of all, it gets my dishes sparkling clean and dry! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the tension of the door when fully opened is so high that the lower rack is sometimes tricky to pull out when empty. Otherwise, I love it!

On the second track bin the adjustable glass holder slider keeps fall off. I place it back overtime it falls off. Otherwise I am very happy with the dishwasher and it is doing a good job.
