I live this base. I already had a mattress that would work with it. It arrives in one box and is heavy so be aware of your circumstances and be ready to deal with it. My much younger neighbors had agreed to get it upstairs, thankfully, so be aware it is heavy. Once unboxed it is a simple open up, cut cables holding leg assembly and power cord boxes to frame and connect. Fairly easy to flip over. Remote connected right up and sleep has been wonderful. I am hating the idea of hotels and no adjustable bed or visiting and no bed. Positions are easily adjustable and I love it!!! The massage and usb ports were not a feature I was looking for and, as expected, the massage feature is just a vibration and if you are a fan of massages not worth much. Reminds me of the beds, long ago, in hotels where you could drop in a quarter and called magic fingers

This was the best purchase of the year, no joke! Easy set-up. The bed is quite heavy, but is folded in half in the box. Faster set-up with two people. Easily fit inside of an older head/footboard frame with ease and moved freely without rubbing against the wood. Personally, I think this product should have cost more than it did, after sleeping on it for two weeks. The pillow tilt is separate from the upper body tilt and the foot tilt works well. The motor is fairly quiet, unless utilizing the massage selection (which puts me to sleep quicker than any sleeping aide tried thus far)! Amazing product, amazing features, and so happy this bed frame came through my feed.

We love the features. We didn’t think we’d use the massage but it surprised us with how relaxing it is. My husband snores and keeps me awake but I raise the head a bit and no more window rattling, lol. It’s fantastic and fit beautifully into our bed frame.

Great product and value! I did LOTS of research before buying this product. It has the most desirable and useful features that many consumer reviews noted. I love the height, heavy structure, quietness of motion (including motors and vibrators), wireless remote and app for my phone. The Members Mark app does not work properly, but the same company makes different apps... so I use the Q-Plus Adjustable Remote app by South Bay International Inc. It works perfectly, so my wife uses the remote and I use my phone app. Elevating my feet helps blood flow in my legs and my feet/legs stay warmer when I sleep. The position I love sleeping is 5 degrees head elevation and 11 degrees feet elevation. I save the setting on the remote memory settings, so it is easy to find before dozing off. I have a really nice adjustable base that I bought five or six years ago. So I bought this one for my guest room. I liked it so much I put in my room and put my old one in the guestroom. It’s a good quality and I really like the head tilt. Only thing you need to know is that it’s really heavy and you’re gonna need help with the set up especially if your bedrooms are on the second floor like mine are.

I am so happy that I made this purchase. The adjustable base is everything it says it’s to be. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame and set up was a breeze. You definitely will need two people to set up due to its weight. My only issue is that the USB ports are underneath which requires you to pretty much put your head underneath to find. It would have been better to be built in on the sides. Also my Apple IPad will not charge using the USB ports. I’ve tried using different cords but no luck. So in that case, it would be nice to have a 110v socket for just particular issue. But for the price, I can live with those minor issues.

Love the adjudtable bed! It is comparable to far more expensive brands. Very quick and easy to set up. I would give a 5-star rating but cannot due to the mattress retainer bar being missing and, after multiple attemps, i have not been able to talk to the right person to have the missing item sent to me. That part has been very frustrating.

The adjustable base is working fine. The poor guy had to deliver it by himself, so I helped and it is heavy. It's easy to set up. Has a lot of features for the price. I looked it over and they say a 750 weight limit but I would not want to test that from what I saw. That said, I wish I had bought one years ago. we love it. Ps. the iPhone app worked perfect like another remote.

I had bought my first adjustable base from Sam's about 6 years ago. It was the same class and price range as my recent adjustable base purchase. They shot up on pricing. After having to purchase membership upgrade I was able to purchase for $100.00 more than the last one. But I have to admit it is an above average upgrade from my first one. This has all the same features, same remote. Difference is no moving brackets underneath. So store away all the stay you do not have a place for. Unless your bed frame dictates the need for space. Operates just fine. Pretty quiet, smooth action. I see it just rolls inside arm brackets to go up and down. Weight load is 700 lbs, my original base has a weight load of 800 lbs. Very important for long life use. Box delivered in shambles, but everything worked just fine and no damage to base. Actually rec'd early delivery. Paid for standard delivery. Check out gets you on charges. Upgraded membership (no accident on Sam's part) obtaining a better out of pocket cost for base. The only reason the numbers worked out. All and all very happy with my 2nd adjustable base for my guest room. My original adjustable base moved from Florida to Texas works just fine. No problems. One last thing. I love being able to raise the head and/or foot making it easier to put on bottom fitted sheets when making up my beds.

Bed frame is quite heavy, but was easy to install. On first use, the bed made a loud squealing noise when raising or lowering the head. Contacted customer care (manufacturer) and was told to lubricate the wheels and joints under the bed. This was no easy task and certainly not something the consumer should be asked to do. While we are now happy with the frame, one wonders how often we will have to 'service' the wheels and joints. Not a sign of quality.
