I debated long and hard before ordering this adjustable base as I did not want to buy a new queen mattress for it. No worries! The old school Serta coil mattress works fine with it. I also really like my headboard and didn't want to lose it. Again no worries. The headboard buts up to the base fine and has not shifted at all. I am certain it can be attached. I like the ease of use of the remote, the massage feature, and especially the zero gravity setting. We sleep with both feet and head elevated as my husband has gerd and snores (but no apnea) and I recently had a total knee replacement. W e are both sleeping much better. Since my German Shepherds do not like the massage feature as the sound bothers them, I can catch a few extras zees in the morning by turning on the massage. The only down side I see is that both sleepers have to be happy with the same setting IF you have a queen size. The king probably has duel controls that allow two different settings, but we did not want a split mattress situation. I have already recommended this bed to my sister and others as it does just what it says it will do and setup was an absolute breeze.

This is a great bed. I’ve had it for a month and I love it. Extremely easy to setup and everything works as advertised. I researched many different brands and Member’s Mark was by far the best value with many features other brands did not have. If you’re shopping for an adjustable bed, this one deserves serious consideration.

Love the adjudtable bed! It is comparable to far more expensive brands. Very quick and easy to set up. I would give a 5-star rating but cannot due to the mattress retainer bar being missing and, after multiple attemps, i have not been able to talk to the right person to have the missing item sent to me. That part has been very frustrating.

After only getting one of two pieces, FedEx has a Master tracking number and then another tracking number on the 2nd part. FedEx delivered the box with the master tracking number took a picture and my delivery was final. FedEx automated customer service prevented me from getting to a human for two days. I finally got to a human and was told my package 📦 was delivered, now I had to explain how to see the other tracking number to FedEx customer service representative she was nice and click on the links I asked her to and then she started a process to rerouting my lost pakage back to me. I had actually talked to Sam's Club and was told I received my package they were satisfied. Four days latter FedEx was telling me my package is lost and they don't seem to care. Back to Sam's club that first guy hung up on me because I paid for something and only received half, and the camouflage of FedEx showed I received my package and anybody looking at the picture hwould believe I was a lying, corporate America gotta fix the dumb the concept of the master tracking number was new to me and I don't know the FedEx Sam's Club shipping and product delivery system but I have to explain it, to everybody I talk to about getting what I paid for delivered. Sam's Club has automated return if your missing parts so I clicked that and started a return ticket with a replacement shipment not really sure what that was gonna do. At this point it is like a new video game pushing buttons to see what happens. I called Sam's Club customer service to speak with a supervisor. He followed my instructions on how to see the second package 📦 he put me on hold and talked to FedEx by the end of the call he assured me FedEx would be rerouting my package back to me. Itold him about the replacement shipment and asked him to cancel it. FedEx found my package in Kernersville NC and tracking showed it was actually heading here for the third time. FedEx was showing another master tracking number and another camouflaged tracking number heading my way. Things are really moving now I got one of two pieces here the list package 📦 rerouted for the second time actually heading here with a replacement shipment heading here. Delivery day FedEx guy at the door, he has the lost package 📦 and the replacement shipment 📦 📦 and a shipping label to pick up the 📦 I have for the return. So I give him the one I have take two 📦 📦 from him and refuse the third 📦 . Finally I have both halves of my California King Adjustable Bed Base 🛌. I assemble it since the mattress arrived three days ago. I get it together ❤️ batteries in the remote jumper wire connected bed works fine. Unit on right as you lay in it is noisy when raising and lowering the foot of the bed. Having all the trouble getting this thing here I deal with the noise. I don't want to disassemble this bed my old one was crap and I'm not putting it together while I go thru the BS of another replacement as it would have to be packed reday for shipment when FedEx arrived with a 25% possibility of it being noisy after all four pieces were here and I kept two random selection and one of those is noisy.

This is the 3rd purchase of adjustable bases for my household - and this one is hands down the best. Just had to connect legs - which come in multiple sections so that you can easily decide on best height for your nightstand, etc. What impressed me the most is that the price doesn't reflect on the quality and function. Remote has multiple functions - all worked right out of the box. More functions than my way more expensive ones. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this purchase.

Bed frame is quite heavy, but was easy to install. On first use, the bed made a loud squealing noise when raising or lowering the head. Contacted customer care (manufacturer) and was told to lubricate the wheels and joints under the bed. This was no easy task and certainly not something the consumer should be asked to do. While we are now happy with the frame, one wonders how often we will have to 'service' the wheels and joints. Not a sign of quality.

We have had this for 2 weeks. It didn't work the day we received it. Called the company, they walked me through the process of checking it out and they determined it was the control box. Received the box a week later and haven't been able to get the company to get a tech. here to install it yet!!!!

I am so happy that I made this purchase. The adjustable base is everything it says it’s to be. It fit perfectly inside my bed frame and set up was a breeze. You definitely will need two people to set up due to its weight. My only issue is that the USB ports are underneath which requires you to pretty much put your head underneath to find. It would have been better to be built in on the sides. Also my Apple IPad will not charge using the USB ports. I’ve tried using different cords but no luck. So in that case, it would be nice to have a 110v socket for just particular issue. But for the price, I can live with those minor issues.

Great adjustable bed and great price, it comes with USB charging capabilities on both sides and it fir right inside of my current bed frame that has both head and foot boards. I love the snoring feature on the remote. Only had about a month but really enjoying the purchase. I used to sit up against my head board and read, and would feel some discomfort from that but this adjustable frame has removed all of that.

Could not be happier with this purchase. My entire family wants one of these adjustable beds now. We all decided a flat bed is boring and no one wants one anymore. Tested the snore button on my sweet husband several times and it works like magic. The massage button helps you relax and fall asleep. Has a timer on it so you can set it for 10 to 30 minutes. Zero gravity is so nice and it’s so nice to watch tv in bed and be so comfy. Love love love this base! Have had it two weeks now and never want to go back to a flat bed again. EVER. Buy it you’ll love it. Oh and the price!!! Wow!!! Shopped all over town and no one comes close to this price with all these options. Great quality. Very sturdy. Easy to set up. Only thing this one does not have that others have is the under bed lighting but I could care less about that. My dad, who is 89 tried it out and it was a huge help for him to help him get up since the back comes up so high. Made it easy to stand up. I’m sure if you are not feeling well withstand congested head being able to sleep with your head elevated will help you breathe easier as well. Win win bed. Buy it you won’t regret it.
