Read Carefully** I ordered this bed frame in a King because it has all the bells and whistles. Thought I would save money instead of buying my 3rd sleep number. This frame is horrible. We put a 14 inch hybrid gel mattress on this frame and it feels like it sinks in the middle and the feet feels higher in the air as if you have your legs propped up. I wouldn’t recommend this bed frame. It also seems thin and flimsy and the legs are also flimsy.

Fantastic feeling with the members premium mattress feels great love it.

Great bed at a reasonable cost

I have been over the moon about our split-king, in the 2 twin-XL configuration. We bought these 2 frames on Memorial Day weekend of 2021! I don’t see how I could be happier. We were looking in a family-owned mattress store when the salesman told us there are only a handful of companies that make these frames. They are then sold with the exact same remotes, just rebadged with the sellers name on them, like Tempurpedic, Sleep Number, etc. We have never had an instance of aggravation. Everything works beautifully. My bed is used all the time - I have had 2 back surgeries =. 2022 and just recently in 8/2025.I use the massage feature all the time, I also raise and lower the head/feet to help in getting out of bed, I say this to show how well this frame is holding up, under what I think are kind of severe conditions.

I really love this adjustable bed. I use the remote feature on my phone as the actual remote is very easy to select the wrong settings. Do not buy the Member’s Mark 12-Inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress in Medium firmness for this frame. The mattress is so soft on the edges, I felt like i was going to roll off the side of the bed. i have to sleep in the middle of the bed to feel comfortable.

I am very happy with my purchase for Member's Mark adjustable base. It has USB ports, which was not even mentioned on the add. It came much sooner than was scheduled. Everything works well, just as advertised. I can actually feel the massage features through my 10" memory foam mattress. I couldn't on some I tried in brick and mortar stores and their mattresses were 12".

Was purchased for our 88 year old mom. This bed with the mattress sits lower than we would like. The legs are made with a heavy plastic that screws into each other to make the bed higher or lowered. We would like to make it higher but are not sure of the sturdy and safety of the frame if made even higher.

This is high quality. It has many more features than other adjustable bases at half the cost. The pillow tilt feature is ideal for reading, watching tv. The variety of positions is great for me back issues. Massage and nightlight are nice to have as well. The light is very soft so it doesnt disturb you, and its under the bed.

I love it! It is like a queen size recliner. I wanted a bed that allowed me to sleep with my head elevated due to heart burn, it helps! I have a problem with my leg and spend a lot of time with my leg elevated the bed works great. It is more comfortable to read in bed now. One only problem is my sheet comes off at the top but I can live with it.

From the ordering process to the delivery everything went very smooth! It was delivered a lot sooner than expected. I received tracking info and shipping updates every step of the way. The price was great as well. I did a lot of research before actually landing on this bed. Looked at many beds that were a lot higher in price but did not offer the features that this one has! Pillow tiki, dual massage usb outlets just to mention a few. Absolutely LOVE the bed! Wasn’t one for massages but let me tell you! It is wonderful I’ve used it every night since I got the bed. To quote my daughter “sleeping flat is for lames”. This is one of the best investments I’ve made. So far so good. I would definitely recommend this bed and encourage folks to purchase it from Sam’s Club. As a matter of fact I bragged about it so much that a friend purchased the same one. Imagine that. Lol.
