If remote stops working %26 bed won't move, its probably gotten into child lock mode. Per mfr cust service, to get it out of lock mode: hold the Flat button ___ Foot Up button at same time. And it fixes it.

Besides it taking almost a month to arrive, this adjustable bed is well worth the money. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My parents want to purchase one as well.

This frame is the best investment I've ever made. Zero gravity. Separate foot and head massage. Head and feet also raise and lower separately. I haven't used the data ports yet as they are placed underneath. There are no downsides to this purchase.

Read Carefully** I ordered this bed frame in a King because it has all the bells and whistles. Thought I would save money instead of buying my 3rd sleep number. This frame is horrible. We put a 14 inch hybrid gel mattress on this frame and it feels like it sinks in the middle and the feet feels higher in the air as if you have your legs propped up. I wouldn’t recommend this bed frame. It also seems thin and flimsy and the legs are also flimsy.
