Pretty flowers but not arranged or as full. They was very fresh.

I sent flowers to my friend who lost her mother. When I came to her home to see her the flowers were there. She graciously remarked how pretty they were. I noticed the roses were all bent over wilted. I was disappointed. The last flower vase I sent via SAMs the recipient was so pleased and happy how fresh and beautiful they were.

Roses were brown and looked like they were dying.

I was disappointed when I was sent a picture of the flowers I had delivered to my sister after the loss of her husband. They just looked fair as the roses had browning edges.

The arrangement was beautiful. I would just appreciate the ordering process to be easier. The flowers wound up being sent without a card. I had to call the people who I sent them to to find out if they received them.

Pictures make it look full and beautiful. Flowers lacked the wow factor. Delivery was on time. Card for gifting option was terrible. No words just random letters!
