Order this flower for family member that have their loved ones passed. Not did the flower get delivered late but was wilted. Called the customer support Dec. 2023 was told that i will not be charged for it but on Jan. 2024 on my Bank show that Sams is trying to charge me for it. Got it all straighten out but kind disappointed that the vendor that Sams uses for this particular delivery caused this issue.

Judge for yourself. Does this look like the advertised picture? Unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered are no where near the caliber that I expected. What a huge disappointment. I don't like giving low reviews, and 2 stars says "fair". I don't think it's FAIR that this item was so misrepresented. Way back when, a sender of flowers may not have ever seen what the recipient received. In this day of camera phones and evidence, you would think that a florist would have done better. :(

Wilted and didn’t look anything like the picture.

Pretty flowers but not arranged or as full. They was very fresh.

The flowers arrived beautiful. Just gorgeous... However, the card was not filled out. The receiver did not know who sent them the flowers. I had to tell them they were from me.

I sent flowers to my friend who lost her mother. When I came to her home to see her the flowers were there. She graciously remarked how pretty they were. I noticed the roses were all bent over wilted. I was disappointed. The last flower vase I sent via SAMs the recipient was so pleased and happy how fresh and beautiful they were.

Didn't take long to get my answer which was does it look anything like the picture? Do years ago I went on sunflower delivery site that I can't remember. I looked through and found a bouquet I liked and shows the hundred dollar option. I read that the roses are not going to come fully bloomed another words out and pretty. I knew there would be limited filler. My mom called me at work crying. She's like I know you told me about this but this is ugly. And she had already left a message for the Flower Company. So when I got home I was like I would not have paid $10 for that little own a hundred. Well it was a money back guarantee from the company. And what they did to make up from it was contact a local florist to put something together. It was far more amazing than what I originally purchased for a hundred. So if you want to do some flower delivery contact your local florist.

Roses were brown and looked like they were dying.

I got red roses with regular white lilies, not at all the colors or type of flowers it was supposed to be. Very disappointing

Ordered 6 of these to break apart and use in arrangements. NOT ONE THING LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURE. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY
