Delivered on schedule, slight variation in flower colors, but still pleased with the presentation. Would order again.

Beautiful bouquet, so I am told. I have sent these a couple times now and everyone has loved them. My only complaint was I filled out the gift message and sent to funeral home, but when I called they knew who they flowers were for but did not receive the gift message. Glad I called to confirm receipt

While delivered on time this is the worst bouquet I’ve ever ordered from Sam’s, and I’ve ordered quite a few. While the bouquet’s components were nearly the same as the photo, the bouquet was lackluster. It was sparse and just a general embarrassment especially considering I sent a different bouquet to my other sister for their shared birthday and hers was beautiful. I would not have paid $15 for this if it was in the grocery store but spent $50. It makes me leery of ordering again.

These arrived late and were dead on arrival. What makes it worse is they were sent to a family who just lost someone special. Nothing like sending dead flowers to honor a dead person. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Arrangement arrived on-time but not the quality as expected. Although the lilies were acceptable, the roses were already wilted and drooped upon delivery. Very disappointed.. especially as this was a sympathy arrangement for the unexpected loss of an immediate and dear family member.

Horrible. They arrived dead. I should receive a refund. I was embarrassed to have sent these as a gift for Christmas.

They came wilted and 3 days late. Will not buy again. Called customer service and they would not help fix the situation.

The flowers that came were in very bad shape. I did not give them to The intended. I was very disappointed in the quality. Sam’s did give me a full refund and I appreciate their standing by the quality of their goods

Judge for yourself. Does this look like the advertised picture? Unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered are no where near the caliber that I expected. What a huge disappointment. I don't like giving low reviews, and 2 stars says "fair". I don't think it's FAIR that this item was so misrepresented. Way back when, a sender of flowers may not have ever seen what the recipient received. In this day of camera phones and evidence, you would think that a florist would have done better. :(

I read negative reviews from previous customers and went ahead and ordered anyways as I'm not overly picky. I'm so embarrassed. My father in law is fatally ill so I wanted to send my mother in law something beautiful to cheer her up. I was mortified when she sent me a picture. These flowers make me look cheap. 4 bright pink roses, 1 unbloomed lily and junk fillers. Never again. Sam's you should be ashamed of yourself
