Flowers were dead upon arrival.

I bought these for a friend and they were lovely!

I picked this particular bouquet of flowers for the flower types and colors, for Mother's Day. It has some of the recipients favorite flowers and colors, beautiful purples and greens and pinks. What I was sent...red roses. And not only were they red roses, they were broken red roses. The petals were all falling off. Beware ordering, you may not get what you want, and you might not be able to gift it. Disappointing.

Bought these for a birthday and they were great!

Half of the flowers were dead. I cannot believe that you shipped this to my grieving relative. I am so embarrassed.
