This is pretty good cheese. The consisitency seems to be homogenous, like it was poured into a mold. The smoky flavor is good, but I'm not a big fan of smoked cheese, so my opinion is biased

Very Good cheese....one of my favs and it's dated out far enough that you've got time to finish the 2 lbs before it's too late. Or you could share it with a friend.

Oooh, smoked gouda! So much better that just regular gouda! That smoky, nutty flavor just turns gouda from bland to delicious! Pairs well with so many things, as an app or snack...or just by itself!

This is a nice-sized hunk of flavorful smoked gouda, wonderful to cook with & also just as is for snacking. As far as I'm concerned, a good kale salad and a slice of cheese makes a lovely light meal. Delicious on a smoked turkey sandwich too.

I love this cheese and buy it often. It tastes great cut up for a snack or melted on egg sandwiches or grilled cheese. TIP: Skip the fry pan and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds on a piece of parchment paper.

If you know gouda cheese then you will spew and hate this plastic textured cheese. It feels and taste like palm oil made cheese with hint of cheap smoke and lot of coloring. They will advise to use it for melting in sandwiches which clearly indicates hydrogenated oils are possibly used. It states nothing on the label but who is controlling the production???
