Another product that we like to freeze dry. We slice it between 1/8 and 3/8 thick and then in quarters. It goes through our freeze dryer and then makes great snack for in front of the T.V. Crunchy and great taste. We love it

My new favorite. I have tried other brands of smoked Gouda and this is by far one of the best. It melts perfectly in eggs and mac-n-cheese. Great snack with fruit and crackers. I’m hooked.

I've been buying this cheese for several years. It started as a treat for my husband for Christmas thinking it was a nice sized portion of some smoked cheese, now it's become a semi-regular purchase for our home. We don't buy it every trip because we don't need to be eating that much cheese. The texture is nice and firm and it has a good smokey flavor without tasting artificial. It tastes good both cold and after it's been sitting out of the fridge for a bit. The smokey flavor is a little more I think when it isn't as cold We always just slice and eat it, and often make our own little charcuterie board out of things we have on hand but we really need to try it as a grilled cheese one of these days as I imagine that would be great!

We love smoked foods. We expected this cheese to have a smokey rich taste. It had absolutely no smoke flavor what so ever. Will never purchase again. Wasted my money.
