Very tasty smoked cheese! I enjoy shredding this cheese and topping chili, hot dogs and burgers. We enjoy sliced on crackers for snacks.

This is very hood cheese. I have only tried it on crackers, but i bet it will dpice up a grilled cheese.

I wish you would bring back the sliced packs you used to have years ago. It’s a pain to slice, but great smoky Gouda taste.
