Smoked Gouda brought rich, smooth, smoky flavor that worked beautifully on our board and even better in a toasty snack or sandwich. Total win.

My new favorite. I have tried other brands of smoked Gouda and this is by far one of the best. It melts perfectly in eggs and mac-n-cheese. Great snack with fruit and crackers. I'm hooked.

The first smoked gouda we've had and it has an excellent taste, feel, and table life.

They look like fat wax candles but the taste is what will light up... oh, this analogy is going nowhere. It's good cheese. Nice flavor, creamy, not overpowering. Great with fruit and rosemary flavored Aldi-Triscuts. Also, no wax. You will like it.

Favorite cheese

This replaced the Dutchmark brand, but it's not nearly as good. The flavor and texture are different - a little smoother, but not as smokey. I also HATE the label. After opening, if you try to fold the wrapping back around the cheese, parts of the label 'flake off' and you get black (and white) bits all over the cheese and your hands!

Please bring back the Dutchmark! This MM brand is not the same. Hardly any smoke flavor and the wrapping flakes off into your hands and cheese as you roll it down. And Sam's charges about the same price as well. Will find an alternative in the meantime.

This is a delicious lightly smoked soft textured cheese. It has just enough firmness to slice easily and is still very smooth to chew and savor. It is a great value per ounce and always consistently a great quality. We have been buying and sharing this cheese for years and always keep it on hand as it pairs well with everything.
