Very tender and they had enough “fat” to stay moist and hold the flavor.

I find consistently excellent prime beef at a reasonable price.

The taste was off for prime. I only buy prime filet from Sam’s and this time the taste was not prime. I hope they did not relabel or doctor old meat.
