We did a reverse sear on these steaks and they were delicious! So tender you didn’t even need a knife!

Used for kabobs. Cooked to medium. Very, very tuff. Tasted goog, but not enough fat. Probably good for low and slow in a stew.

In the past they have melted in the mouth. The last two orders they were tuff and had gristle. Will think twice before I buy

Always great steaks- this is where I purchase our steaks. I keep a package in the freezer for weekend cookouts. Never disappointed

Typically, these steaks are outstanding, but this particular batch was so so. Still, the price is right.

Lots of fat and gristle.. trimmed so much off the steak was about half it's size. These were not Prime steaks.. way over priced for what I got.
