We did a reverse sear on these steaks and they were delicious! So tender you didn’t even need a knife!

We were hesitant to try these due to previous experiences. But they are condustently good and are reasonably priced.

I grilled the fillets to medium rare. They were very tender and had almost no waste. They were delicious!
