Employees placed lean side up making you think you getting nice cuts of tenderloin steaks and muscle and fat on back side had to cut so much off

Purchased these for a family gathering. My younger son went back to Sam’s the next morning to get some to take home with him.

The steaks were great on the bbq. The only problem, one was an end piece turned and wrapped to look like you were getting 4 nice steaks.

Not that great for filet mignon. I got enough to feed eight of us and nobody finished theirs. A three maybe too high.

Excellent steaks. Cooked them the sous vide way and they were so tender, you could cut them with a butter knife.

Hands down the best steaks around (even comparing to our local meat market). Can’t beat the cost and quality. Highly recommend!

Pan seared and then broiled to perfection. It paired nicely with a 2019 Robert Craig’s Affinity red. Delicious!

Great for steak and pepper sandwiches, Chinese beef tenderloin, steak and eggs for breakfast as well as steak and potatoes.

Horribly overpriced for frankensteaks. I got cobbled together pieces of meat with large chunks of fat (not marbling) and mysterious hard pieces.
