Butchers put together awful packages sometimes and they pass it onto the curbside customers because no one else would buy these packages of gristle. The associates pick out those with the most fat, the ends that are basically discards from other steaks, etc. so they can sell a bad product rather than discard it. The problem starts with the butchers but it only is your problem when an associate grabs it for your curbside order and doesn’t care that it’s something they would never choose for themselves. If you want to buy this, make sure you go in and get it for yourself, and it will be fine. Otherwise, you waste money on an inedible product (the packages we received are all fat, end pieces, and very small steaks with lots of connective tissue). This is our second time experiencing this with these steaks at curbside; should have avoided the costly second chance.

These steaks were delicious and so tender I could really cut them with a fork!

Price is good but Quality is bad especially recent Aug Sep 2024.

These are our go to steaks. Have never been disappointed

we generally love Sams meat but for the price this was not a great value

The best filet anywhere. Its hard for me to go to restraunts and have steak as these are amazing

Great cut, nice fat amount, about 1” thick.

Extremely good steaks. Very tender and tasty. Expensive but worth every penny.

So much fat couldn’t even cut them the fat was stringy
