These steaks could be cleaned up a little, the butcher often leaves the silver skin on them

Tasty, but a little chewy.

The quality has plummeted recently; tastes more like sirloin!

We buy the prime tenderloins all of the time. This time they were full of fat and grissle, and were extremely tough. These were terrible
