Meat was good but a lot of grizzle and fat

For prime filet mignon with a lot of grizzle, chewey we threw it out!!

Too much fat!!! Someone didn’t trim these correctly. I paid nearly $30 a point for giant chunks of fat that I had to trim off. Why would I buy them already trimmed if they were just going to be covered in silver skin and giant, useless chunks of fat. I paid over $30 for fat as the pile I’ve cut is over a pound.

Bought 4 on Friday. very fatty. been buying them for years. The overall meat quality is suffering without major savings.

Always wonderfully tasty! But, always buy 1 more than you need. There is always one, when turned over, is mostly fat and gristle.

Very tender and this time the steaks were the same thickness - I wish the butchers would pay attention to that all the time.

The steaks I received were gristly, never expected that! Very disappointed especially for the price I paid for them. I splurged on these.

Usually these are perfect and some of the best steaks I have bought. They were not the same caliber of steak i usually get
