Always buy this product, maybe the last 5 years, several times a year, but was disappointed with the taste / flavor of the last steaks I bought. Just was not as good as it has been in the past. Looked the same, smelled the same, grilled the same, just did not have the same mild flavor.

Outstanding steaks! Excellent cut and taste! Phenominal price to product value. Cut thickness is generous as well as the ounce weight. By far the best meat I have purchased at Sams. I opted to cut them in half thickness-wise and yielded 8 from 4 - could also cut them in half to share. Will rebuy.

Usually this steak is great. My latest purchase was full of fat and wasn't up to par.

Too much grisl for that price.

Prime filets were the BEST - husband did them on his smoker grill.
