Nice that this comes in a pack of 4. There are only two of us so we get 2 meals. Meat has always been tender and flavorful.

The Prime filet is the best cut offered. However, the packages sometimes contain the end pieces which yield very little meat and should be excluded.

Prime filet was not tender, had gristle and was unevenly cut. End piece in the package was embarrassing to serve to guests.

Not that great for filet mignon. I got enough to feed eight of us and nobody finished theirs. A three maybe too high.
