I love the cupcakes from Sams. But the reason for this 1-star rating is the PACKAGING! I bought the 30 cupcakes for my students for their holiday party. When I picked them up at the store, I noticed that the bottom of the package dented in a little, making the lid pop off. I made sure the lid was secure and proceeded home to put them in my refrigerator. The next morning, I carefully removed them from the fridge and as I was walking to my car, the middle fell out, and all the cupcakes fell onto my garage floor. Sams has to do better with the packaging. Even putting more tape on the outside instead of just relying on the adhesive from the pricing label.

When I ordered these it never said anything about game day celebration. My receipt says mermaid cupcakes. When we showed up to pick them up they were not mermaids. So my husband was made to wait for them to throw something together since we ordered not one, but 30 packs of MERMAID cupcakes. As if that wasn’t bad enough he had to pay AGAIN for them!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SAMS.

Purchased for pick up, selected this item because the cupcakes looked beautiful online and perfect for Thanksgiving. However, they are not selling what is pictured. No where near to what is promoted. I just read the other reviews and saw another post like this from another season so seems they do this to all orders. No big deal, but do not expect to get what is pictured.

I usually love ordering cupcakes but this time I ordered “seasonal cupcakes” which was not specified in the order description and when I went to pick up my cupcakes at curbside they brought me some cupcakes I did not order and gave me the excuse of not getting the ones I ordered because they were seasonal and when I asked to at least fix the colors they made me wait an additional 20 minutes with my toddler in my car I was so disappointed

I ordered these and instead I received football ones for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I mentioned it to the associate, and they said “it’s probably the only ones since the superball today.” I ordered these a day before before thinking they will have some in stock..

The blue dye in the frosting had me pooping blue for 3 days AFTER I ate the cupcakes. My tongue was STAINED blue so bad, I tried scrubbing my tongue with toothpaste, and it was STILL very blue. The fondant snowman decals tasted funny to me, but my sister loved them, so to each their own. The chocolate wasn't as good as the vanilla, but the vanilla was really good. There was a DECENT amount of frosting too. All in all, I would buy again, but I would choose any color other than blue!

I love the white and chocolate whipped topped cupcakes (the only ones I purchase) however I would like the option to add the holiday/ birthday decorations. The app doesn't allow this options. I purchase for every holiday, Birthday, work event and i love them 🧁

The Valentines cupcakes were for my kids school party. When I picked them up I headed out to the school. When I opened my trunk to get them inside the school I noticed they weren’t the same design as in the Sam’s app pictures. Very disappointed that the kids will not get to enjoy the ring or decoration that is supposed to to come with the cupcakes. I have pictures of what I received compared to what I was suppose to get but for some reason the app isn’t allowing me to upload the pictures. I will be more than happy to email them to a Sam’s associate.

I ordered 6 dozen cupcakes for a special party. When I picked it up they were iced but had none of the Spring Celebration decorations on them. I am totally disappointed but there is no time to return and re-order. I chose from your advertised photos and did not get what I wanted.

Poor packaging. Lid came off and cupcakes went everywhere
