I ordered 6 dozen cupcakes for a special party. When I picked it up they were iced but had none of the Spring Celebration decorations on them. I am totally disappointed but there is no time to return and re-order. I chose from your advertised photos and did not get what I wanted.

pictures are deceiving because we ordered these fall cupcakes specifically because of the decorations of snoopy and the gang. When these were delivered from my local club the only decorations were sprinkles which the recipient does not like. Very disappointing that they did not look like the photo, fake advertisement to get your money. No where in the description does it say decorations in photo not included, had we known we werent gonna get the snoopy and gang decorations we would not have purchased these. So embarrased when i took these to a fall birthday party and was told they looked like a Thanksgiving dessert!!! Will not purchase again due to item not as pictured. Waste of money.

Purchased for pick up, selected this item because the cupcakes looked beautiful online and perfect for Thanksgiving. However, they are not selling what is pictured. No where near to what is promoted. I just read the other reviews and saw another post like this from another season so seems they do this to all orders. No big deal, but do not expect to get what is pictured.

I ordered the Christmas cupcakes for pickup. The sweet lady brought out white and blue cupcakes at first and after I told her I ordered the Christmas ones she went back inside. She brought out white and green with sprinkles. Still nothing like what I had ordered in advanced but due to needing them for a Christmas party I had no choice. I love the cupcakes from Sams. But the reason for this 1-star rating is the PACKAGING! I bought the 30 cupcakes for my students for their holiday party. When I picked them up at the store, I noticed that the bottom of the package dented in a little, making the lid pop off. I made sure the lid was secure and proceeded home to put them in my refrigerator. The next morning, I carefully removed them from the fridge and as I was walking to my car, the middle fell out, and all the cupcakes fell onto my garage floor. Sams has to do better with the packaging. Even putting more tape on the outside instead of just relying on the adhesive from the pricing label.

I orderd this for online pickup. an employee tells me they are bringing your cupcakes from the freezer. I wait for 8 mins then a lady employee comes out saying they DO NOT have the cupcakes only white frosting ones. I have ordered when I placed this order 1 day in advance. Then a different person comes out and hands me exactly what I have ordered telling me the toppers are on the house when on the order it shows the toppers on here. Im very disappointed over all with the experience and service

So cute. I had to have them. Going to have to freeze most of them but I don't mind. I'm not liking the packaging they come in though. It's way too flexible and the corners drop down catching on the shelf edge. I played heck trying to get the whole try into the fridge because of that. They need to make it more secure by taping around better. Two of the cupcakes on the ends had messed up frosting because of the packaging bending on me. That's my only real complaint. The cupcakes are good. I ate a chocolate one with the messed up top. Yummy.

Arrived at club for scheduled pickup. Staff member came out with blue and white cupcakes with snowman appliqué on about half. I told them I had ordered the grinch ones as shown in red and green with grinch decor and showed her my receipt. She then told me the bakery said that’s a special order so this is your order. I said my receipt shows the picture and details of the product I ordered. She offered to do a refusal and refund and said I could reorder. I live and hour away and had a party to provide cupcakes for so I took the ones she had. The cupcakes were descent enough for the kids but they wanted and should have received grinch cupcakes.

Icing melted very easily. Had to have the cupcakes refrigerated at all times

Great flavor and texture.
