I was so happy to find these cupcakes. Found out at the last minute my kids had invited a bunch of their friends over for a fireside party. Sam's saved the day.

We knew we could count on excellent class treat from the local Sam's Club and we were right. They were gone 10 minutes after our kiddo's patriotic class program.

These cupcakes were fresh, soft, and beautifully decorated for spring. The frosting was sweet without being too much, and everyone in my family enjoyed them. Perfect for parties, school events, or family gatherings!

Great price was for a birthday at a class. So easy, no cake to cut and delicious. Just needed napkins and the cupcakes.

These cupcakes always taste great and are so economical. I have bought them for kid's parties and adult banquets and everyone loved them.

The inability to specialize your order. The lack of customer service as you have to order on line with no consideration everyone may not have accessibility to computers/wifi and the lack to just pay in the store as you shop for other items.

Cupcakes were great. Colors were wrong for the graduation we bought them for. Bakery should have had colors for all high schools not just St. Joes main 3.

The pricing is a value however you cannot really get a custom order. Very limited in color & design. Website says you can order up to 24 hrs ahead but it doesn't explain that you may not get the pickup time you want!! Bakery department is not very helpful in ordering or don't even tell you!!

This was a disaster! I ordered holiday-themed cupcakes that were supposed to be half chocolate and half vanilla and got all vanilla. No holiday theme at all: the frosting was white with colored sprinkles. I didn’t have time to go into the store and complain, so I accepted them. What’s more, when I got out of the car, the package collapsed and half of them fell in the street. What a mess!

The icing was whipped icing, but the label did not say it was, or I would not have purchased them because my family doesn't like whipped icing.
