I was informed my cupcakes had whipped icing so I bought two containers, one whipped and one buttercream . I was disappointed because they both were buttercream.

I normally place a custom order but forgot this year. We grabbed cupcakes from the display and when we got them home and put them on the stand the sprinkles had bled all over the icing.

Sam's cupcakes are always fresh, delicious, perfect for get togethers and have both vanilla and chocolate. They are decorated for the holidays and a lot less messy than cake.

they were ok but the frosting just did not hit it. frosting just tasted "greasy" like it needed more confectionery sugar to even close to butter cream frosting was a bit embarrassed as i bought these to work no one at them

Omg" these were the best Christmas cupcakes & So very moist even the Chocolate ones Also very fresh! Very good deal for 30 cupcakes! I dont bake. But these were a hit for the Holiday Christmas dinner!

I ordered the "spring celebration" cupcakes for my daughters birthday. She loved the picture online! What we received looked nothing like the picture. It was just some cupcakes with sprinkles.

The cupcakes tasted good, but I ordered spring colors as shown in the picture and I was given dark red and green (Christmas colors) and silver frosting.

These cupcakes were a big hit for my son's birthday party with his classmates. The decorations were bright, festive and perfect for the occasion. Each cupcake was moist, flavorful and not overly sweet. I appreciated the variety in frosting colors and designs- it made the display look great on the table. The quantity was just right foe the whole class, and the packaging kept everything fresh and intact.

I normally love these cupcakes but I'm not sure they were fresh the day I purchased them (5/23/25). They were stacked in bulk at the front of the store for the holiday weekend. We ate them the next day and they were not as fresh tasting as I would have liked. They are always wonderful and this one incident will not stop me from purchasing them again.
