I ordered "spring cupcakes" the picture shows pink and butterfly cupcakes. I received graduation cupcakes and now it's too late to get more. Today is my daughter's birthday and this was for her class party. When I called the store they said "spring cupcakes can be anything spring related, it's not always going to be what's on the picture, you would have to order personalized cupcakes" What? why is this what's pictured then?!! I'm so upset right now!

Purchased for pick up, selected this item because the cupcakes looked beautiful online and perfect for Thanksgiving. However, they are not selling what is pictured. No where near to what is promoted. I just read the other reviews and saw another post like this from another season so seems they do this to all orders. No big deal, but do not expect to get what is pictured.

I love the cupcakes from Sams. But the reason for this 1-star rating is the PACKAGING! I bought the 30 cupcakes for my students for their holiday party. When I picked them up at the store, I noticed that the bottom of the package dented in a little, making the lid pop off. I made sure the lid was secure and proceeded home to put them in my refrigerator. The next morning, I carefully removed them from the fridge and as I was walking to my car, the middle fell out, and all the cupcakes fell onto my garage floor. Sams has to do better with the packaging. Even putting more tape on the outside instead of just relying on the adhesive from the pricing label.

I ordered 6 dozen cupcakes for a special party. When I picked it up they were iced but had none of the Spring Celebration decorations on them. I am totally disappointed but there is no time to return and re-order. I chose from your advertised photos and did not get what I wanted.

Purchased these online and what we got was not what was pictured. It was for a baby shower and the colors shown online were spring yellow, pink and green with bumblebees. What we received were dark blue and bright pink. They had to add the bumblebees and chocolates while we waited. We will be requesting a refund.

Full disclosure, haven't eaten one yet, but the picture shows white and pink fully frosted cupcakes. My curbside order was white, red, and pink "half" frosted cupcakes. At least people will be able to discern which cupcakes are vanilla and which are chocolate. Fingers crossed they will be delicious.

I ordered the cute pastel easter cupcakes and I received something I did not order. I hate chocolate icing, but needed the cupcakes for that date. Pictures are what I recieved and what I ordered. Disappointed I did not receive the icing colors that are advertised. The icing bunnies and eggs were adorable and were a perfectly acceptable replacement for decoration on the cupcakes.

I got theses for my granddaughters birthday. They were a big success

The pricing is a value however you cannot really get a custom order. Very limited in color & design. Website says you can order up to 24 hrs ahead but it doesn't explain that you may not get the pickup time you want!! Bakery department is not very helpful in ordering or don't even tell you!!
