Good cupcakes

Purchased the summer cupcakes, decoration was a plus, but bread was very dry will crumble easily and frosting was bitter due to the coloring dye will not buy this again.

Ordered a Christmas Celebration and the photo was GRINCH, what was received were random Christmas design--white icing with sprinkles and candy cane. NOT as pictured at all! BOOOORING design!!! If you are shopping for a specific design then you're out of luck if the typed description doesn't match the photo because Sam's Club will tell you "tough luck, it just says Christmas". *sigh*

Full disclosure, haven't eaten one yet, but the picture shows white and pink fully frosted cupcakes. My curbside order was white, red, and pink "half" frosted cupcakes. At least people will be able to discern which cupcakes are vanilla and which are chocolate. Fingers crossed they will be delicious.

The actual cupcakes were very good. The "end" result was very scary. I bought two of these to take to my mother's assisted living facility for residents and staff. I sampled one of the cupcakes with the dark blue icing the night before my trip to her town to deliver these. Without being too graphic. I discovered the "output" was VERY green (almost St. Patrick's green) which at first scared me and then I remembered what I had eaten. For me, that was okay. However, I was taking these as a happy treat during a pandemic to residents who have been quarantined for almost a year, I can only imagine the panic that would have ensued when the staff began getting calls from residents who had stools such a color. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dark blue cupcakes but I had to leave a note for the staff at the facility explaining why a number of the cupcakes (1/3) were removed. I was afraid they might not serve the cupcakes since I had to open the sealed containers. So my efforts were very frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing over an ill-conceived food dye choice. (The all-white cupcakes were out of stock at that time.)

Purchased these online and what we got was not what was pictured. It was for a baby shower and the colors shown online were spring yellow, pink and green with bumblebees. What we received were dark blue and bright pink. They had to add the bumblebees and chocolates while we waited. We will be requesting a refund.

I bought the dinner rolls, turkey, sweet potato casserole and gravy for this past thanksgiving and was very disappointed! The turkey was delicious, the Sweet potato casserole was dry and more than half was discarded, the gravy was so so , tasteless gravy. The turkey is the only thing I may reorder but the rolls weren’t touched. They were not golden brown, but very close to being burnt! Thank you for a failed attempt at hosting an edible dinner. It won’t be repeated!

I ordered the Christmas cupcakes for pickup. The sweet lady brought out white and blue cupcakes at first and after I told her I ordered the Christmas ones she went back inside. She brought out white and green with sprinkles. Still nothing like what I had ordered in advanced but due to needing them for a Christmas party I had no choice. I tried uploading pictures but not allowing me

Arrived at club for scheduled pickup. Staff member came out with blue and white cupcakes with snowman appliqué on about half. I told them I had ordered the grinch ones as shown in red and green with grinch decor and showed her my receipt. She then told me the bakery said that’s a special order so this is your order. I said my receipt shows the picture and details of the product I ordered. She offered to do a refusal and refund and said I could reorder. I live and hour away and had a party to provide cupcakes for so I took the ones she had. The cupcakes were descent enough for the kids but they wanted and should have received grinch cupcakes.
