I instant pot cooked these to cook down the fat. Then put in the oven under the broiler once I strained the liquid and coated with a homemade bbq sauce. Turned out super nice.

These have become my new favorite meat. I’ve cooked them in the oven with carrots and potatoes and in the crockpot with a light sauce. Both times they were fall off the bone tender.

wish this is what I got the ones they gave me werewiththe bones and full of fat AWFUL they went in trash and I called and complained got a refund

A lot of the time with other vendors, I get home to find that the meat is mostly fat, but not with Sam's. This product was full of good meat. It cooked up tender and was great served with Sam's frozen scalloped potatoes.

Needed a good trimming before cooking. But they were juicy and tender despite getting a little over done. (Hubby didn't understand check the meat in the oven. He checked them then walked away for another hour). :-/

Nice, meaty ribs, quality pork, did have bones, but the meat fell right off them. I roasted in the oven, although I would normally put in the crockpot. This pack was plenty enough for five people!

Some were lean. Some had a lot of fat. Separated and had to cut into smaller strips and trim fat. Bagged in freezer. Boiled the meat before cooking to render fat. Seasoned was tender and tasted good

Fatty, grisly spent 30 minutes trimming and then had to pour off fat halfway thru slow cook before I could add spicing and sauce. Just No.
