Great price and good meat

Good ribs! A little fatty.

I bought these bone-in ribs for Father’s Day and when I opened up the package to cook them, there are no bones at all!!! I thought bone-in meant there are rib bones in it. I guess not. Anyway I had to cook them as if they had bones and it didn’t taste as good. I needed the rib bones to add flavor. I’m disappointed.

These ribs cooked very tender and tasted great. I definitely will purchase again when needing this type of ribs.

These country ribs were huge. I cut them into smaller pieces to cook. They were delicious. Good value

Nicely marbled cuts of meat. Made as ribs, cut to stew size & made pork stroganoff, sliced for sandwiches.

Nice, meaty ribs, quality pork, did have bones, but the meat fell right off them. I roasted in the oven, although I would normally put in the crockpot. This pack was plenty enough for five people!

A lot of the time with other vendors, I get home to find that the meat is mostly fat, but not with Sam's. This product was full of good meat. It cooked up tender and was great served with Sam's frozen scalloped potatoes.

These have become my new favorite meat. I’ve cooked them in the oven with carrots and potatoes and in the crockpot with a light sauce. Both times they were fall off the bone tender.
