Fantastic in the Instant Pot!

These are a huge hit at our house. Cooked them on the "Meat" setting in the Instant Pot -- took less than an hour and they were falling apart. Finished them under the broiler. So yummy. Yes, there's fat, but that's what makes them so moist and juicy.

Good value for the right purpose

I note the negative reviews. I have bough these several times and slow cooked them in the crock pot. I would estimate fat content at around 20%. A pork butt would have a similar fat content. Prepared correctly, these are delicious and tender. Not for grilling - slow roast, crock pot or slow cook in smoker.

Utterly Disgusting

This was the most unsatisfying Sam’s purchase we’ve ever had. We were all so grossed out by these ribs that we probably won’t eat any ribs for a very, very long time. Giant slabs of fat. We dug through these ribs and were hard pressed to find any actual meat. I’m so confused by the good reviews. Are there people who enjoy eating the fat? I’m gagging thinking about these ribs

country style ribs

These are very good if cooked for several hours. I wouldn?t expect to enjoy meat without some slow cooking. Maybe crock pot pork bbq or boiling in water and sauerkraut. Sauerkraut makes it tender and gives good flavor to meat and I?m not a sauerkraut lover. Very good for what it is intended for.

The first (and last) package i bought had sooooo much fat in them. There was about 1/4” solid layer of fat on the bottom of a couple pieces that could have been trimmed better. And just a lot of fat within them. Was so bad i only cooked two and threw the rest out.

Exactly as advertised

Make sure you know what "country style ribs" are before buying. These are not ribs which is why many people send bad reviews. Do you research people! Always fresh and good quality! Today I got two packs and whoever the butcher was that cut them up was lazy. Pieces not even cut in half just partial cuts. If I wanted a whole pork but I'd buy that lol. Get on the ball and finish your cuts guys and gals!

Fall off the bone.

In the slow cooker then dive in.Sam's meat is always a cut above. No pun.
