i have cooked and eaten pork "ribs" for decades. these are cut differently than all of them. not just thinner, but i cannot put my finger on the difference.

Looks great in the pic. I thought so too and bought them. Once I opened the package, it was worse than bacon. All white, thick fat. Never saw 'ribs' like this EVER. The only meat was just on the top. Well done concealed packaging.

Nice, meaty ribs, quality pork, did have bones, but the meat fell right off them. I roasted in the oven, although I would normally put in the crockpot. This pack was plenty enough for five people!

taste good, slow cooked w/ bbq seasoning, but really fatty....a good portion of meat was thick strips of fat. not as lean a cut as one's purchased at other places.

Some were lean. Some had a lot of fat. Separated and had to cut into smaller strips and trim fat. Bagged in freezer. Boiled the meat before cooking to render fat. Seasoned was tender and tasted good

Do not recommend. Full of fat and had to throw away the entire package and got a refund.

Slow cooked in my crock pot for 6 hours..shredded and removed fat..add carnitas sauce and cooked on warm for a half hour...eat with Mexican corn, queso, rice, and guacamole..delicious!

These were big giant size pieces with too much Fat & Bone! The way they have it packaged it looks like it's very meaty until you open the package & turn the ribs over & then you will see that you were tricked!

Bought labeled as bone in country style ribs. There was not a single bone in the entire package. Even though I smoked them they were very tough and very fatty. Would not buy them again.

Hmmm, i love this cut but the price has been increased several times during the last few months. I understand the circumstances that we are all in but several price increase in a short period of time is unpleasant.
