The country style ribs were so fatty that I had to cut away more than half of each rib. I’ve never had country style ribs that fatty.

Good Quality Product.

My husband is not crazy about any meat with bones, and he's not crazy about pork either, but he went on and on about how delicious these ribs were. I cooked them on a smoker with a little bit of spice, but the meat itself was the star of the show.

Had a package included in a scheduled delivery. the package ended up with so much bone and fat, it was maybe 30% meat. at these prices, I expect a lot more.

Extreme amount of fat hidden underneath. Worst country style ribs I ever bought. Huge disappointment. Premium price but discarded more than we cooked.

Just what I needed to make pulled pork. Cut up pieces as opposed to a single piece made it easier to work with. Seasoned and simmered in the crock pot. Succulent and easy to pull. Not a lot of bones. Was a huge hit at our bbq party.

These ribs were horrible! The package looked good on top, but after opening I could see they were very fatty. I cooked them on low in slow cooker. They never got tender and had vey little meat in comparison to fat. I had to throw them out!

This meat was really fatty and it took a lot of work to trim it down. Most of the fat was located inside the meat so it was not visible on the outside. The meat itself was tasty, I just wish it had less fat.

Looks nothing like the photo of the product. Half the pieces were covered in almost an inch thick layer of fat. A 6 pound package once I trimmed most of the fat layer off the pieces but leaving a thin layer of fat ended up with about 4.5 pounds of meat. So ended up pay $23 for $17 worth of meat. Or about $5 a pound. Not worth the price. The other half of the pieces was all kind of mangled looking with chunks of meat strung together on some kind of connective tissue. Which would be ok if was making some kind of stir fry that needed chunks of meat, but as a country style rib it is not. No way could you call it a rib of any type. I would not buy again. Would be better off buying the Member's Mark Whole Tenderloins and cutting them up into ribs. At least wouldn't be so much fat... but then again can the pictures of it be trusted as for what you would actually receive.
