Fatty ribs

The country style ribs were so fatty that I had to cut away more than half of each rib. I’ve never had country style ribs that fatty.

Easier way to make pulled pork.

Just what I needed to make pulled pork. Cut up pieces as opposed to a single piece made it easier to work with. Seasoned and simmered in the crock pot. Succulent and easy to pull. Not a lot of bones. Was a huge hit at our bbq party.

Too Much Fat

This meat was really fatty and it took a lot of work to trim it down. Most of the fat was located inside the meat so it was not visible on the outside. The meat itself was tasty, I just wish it had less fat.

Worst ever

Extreme amount of fat hidden underneath. Worst country style ribs I ever bought. Huge disappointment. Premium price but discarded more than we cooked.

Grilled Bar BQ Pork Ribs in Oven

I recommend pork shoulder ribs cooked in the oven. Cooking for 2 I cook 4 at a time. I use thick aluminum paper and cut enough to fold over then crimp 2 sides. I brush the ribs with olive oil. The spices sprinkle all over with. Cajun seasonings, salt, pepper, rosemary leaves, brush with bar bq sauce. Cook at 375° for 1 hour, the last 30 min drop temp 350°and open the foil crimping the edges and finish cooking open. Delicious. Sams cuts perfectly ready for grilling, but I grill in my oven!

Outstanding ribs - country style.

These country ribs are exceptional. I slo cook them on my outdoor grill. I sear them on all sides and then put them in foil and cook them indirectly for a couple hours. I usually do them in separate batches with bbq sauce on some and a different sauce on the other. The meat just falls apart and ever so tasty.

Ribs

The meat at Sam's is some of the best. Their country style ribs are the best around.
