We love these. I buy them often. What I buy looks like the picture of the advertisement. What they send me in a pick up is this! I paid the amount. The same thing with the chub hamburger. I have a good eye and pick up what looks good. I am surprised they let this out the door. I would recommend if you pick it out yourself.

My wife and I were impressed. Make sure to cook them long enough to get tender and have the meat fall apart. I might try 2 1/2 hrs at 350 next time. They are ready to eat after 1 hr 45 min but are a touch firm. We did a dry rub and then added a layer of BBQ sauce for last half hr. We also lined a pan with thick foil for cleanup and used an elevated cookie rack to allow the ribs to cook from top and bottom.

Rubbed them down with a homemade BBQ rub. Smoked them at 275 for 1.5 hours using a blend of hickory and cherry wood. Transfered them to a foil pan with a mixture of pineapple juice and BBQ sauce. Covered them up and put them back on the smoker for another 1.5 hrs. Lastly, throw them on the grill to finish off. Amazing!!

Not what I expected. Had bones in them, mostly fat, not what I have bought in the past. I did online ordering and curbside pickup, will never order these again without picking out myself. I almost put them back in the package and drove back to the store. Very disappointing!

Based on the description, I was anticipating BONE IN ribs, which I've purchased in the past from other retailers. Out of 6 pounds of meat, there were 2 with bones. And 1 was 2 inches thick, too thick to cook as a rib. The rest were just sliced boneless shoulder roast. Ribs were on the menu for Christmas dinner. Instead I had to pull something from the freezer. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Thought these were very fatty. Not tender at all.

This is the first time I've bought pork that we did not like. There was very little meat on these. My husband and I were both very disappointed. Yuck

I bought this for my smoker. the pieces were huge and they cooked up tough and chewy. I thought I may have over smoked them but I did a second batch, adjusted the cook time and they came out the same.
