I bought this for my smoker. the pieces were huge and they cooked up tough and chewy. I thought I may have over smoked them but I did a second batch, adjusted the cook time and they came out the same.

I've bought these Pork Country Style Ribs for years from Sam's. If you smoke these low & slow on your Hasty Bake with the right rub you will have the most flavorful, fall apart meat you can find.

I bought these about 3 weeks ago and grilled them about 1 week ago. The flavor was great but there was only about 20% real meat and the rest was fat which makes them really expensive fat. Maybe ground into a sausage with more meat added would be good. Not good if you are even kinda sorta watching fat intake.

These were terrible!!! There was so much fat that you could barely find any meat! These are not up to the standard that I expect from SAMS. I am very disappointed. I rarely write a review but I would recommend that they no longer sell this product.

The cuts were not uniform. There was a large amount of fat waste.

If you like just fat, this is for you. It's horrible, more than the half is fat!

Put these in the roaster on the rack with a little apple juice in the bottom of the pan. No sauce, just rub. Easy Sunday meal and very tasty.
