Tasty and tender. I like a hit of fat for flavor and tenderness. These were leaner so I just cooked them a bit slower on my low and slow method. Anyone who says they are tough must not be cooking them right. Great quality and price!

In order of ingredients.. Bone, fat, gristle then meat. The description in my opinion should have said mostly 'bone in'. Product weighed 7.5 lbs. but after trimming it was close to 3.5 lbs.

I wish it cost less like before. It used to be a $1.20 lb. Now it's over 3$. I don't care if everything has gone up in price. I want my country style pork ribs affordable.

I bought this for my smoker. the pieces were huge and they cooked up tough and chewy. I thought I may have over smoked them but I did a second batch, adjusted the cook time and they came out the same.

I had high hopes for these country ribs. But they had an excessively thick layer of fat that (of course) was on the bottom so it couldn't be seen in the package. After trimming a lot of that off, it wasn't such a great deal. (Vestal, NY store)

I bought these about 3 weeks ago and grilled them about 1 week ago. The flavor was great but there was only about 20% real meat and the rest was fat which makes them really expensive fat. Maybe ground into a sausage with more meat added would be good. Not good if you are even kinda sorta watching fat intake.

These were terrible!!! There was so much fat that you could barely find any meat! These are not up to the standard that I expect from SAMS. I am very disappointed. I rarely write a review but I would recommend that they no longer sell this product.

The cuts were not uniform. There was a large amount of fat waste.

I love this and my family enjoys this each time I cook this

If you like just fat, this is for you. It's horrible, more than the half is fat!
