This meat smelled very bad when I cooked it so I threw it out. What a waste. I had to return the first package from pick up because it was open and smelled horrible. Sam's should monitor freshness a little closer.

In the past it's been a good purchase but not this time. A shopper chose the pork for me. This was for carryout service. I wasn't happy with the product. There was a lot of fat on the pork. Also, there was some discoloration and some sort of lump of goo on it. I didn't feel it was sage to eat so I returned it.

The country ribs are very good, nice and tender when marinated and cooked on the grill.

Good quality meat , put it in the crockpot and slow cooked it with seasonings . Delicious

I cooked them in crockpot on low for about 6 hrs put bbq sauce on them. Yummy

They were so soft and juicy.

Not very good. Tough, lots fat and gristle. Will not buy again.

Use this to test my smokeless grill I may never go outside to barbeque again.
