This meat smelled very bad when I cooked it so I threw it out. What a waste. I had to return the first package from pick up because it was open and smelled horrible. Sam's should monitor freshness a little closer.

Thick and meaty, nicely trimmed. Great as ribs, but useful in other recipes, ie skewers.

When you are feeding 13 people this is gold. The fat to meat portion is good. I usually use it to make pork Adobo or use to grill as ribs. Depending on how you cook it, it's usually really tender so even little ones (or older ones) without teeth can eat it without any issue.

In the past it's been a good purchase but not this time. A shopper chose the pork for me. This was for carryout service. I wasn't happy with the product. There was a lot of fat on the pork. Also, there was some discoloration and some sort of lump of goo on it. I didn't feel it was sage to eat so I returned it.

The cut was good. The butchers did not hide poor cuts under the bottom, or cover them up. There were eight nice strips thick cut and meaty.

Excellent did them in the smoker

Absolutely delicious. And great value.

Great cut and nicely trimmed

Hardly any bones, smoke on Ninja grill with favorite BBQ sauce, two of us get four meals out of this by freezing half after cooking all.
