Initially these chairs work great. Comfortable, hold their color in the sun, easy to assemble.. However after a couple months of use I'm afraid the plastic becomes brittle in the outdoors; possibly due to rubbing against the metal screws? I have 2 chairs with arms that have broken very easily. Unfortunately--Keter's USA customer service team refuses to assist and is difficult to get in touch with. I wish I had invested in sturdier chairs initially and I would not be dealing with 2 broken chairs.

Easy to assemble

I recently bought 4 of these and after assembling them yesterday, I couldn't be happier. They look great, they're not too heavy for 1 person to carry, and assembly was a breeze. You need a screwdriver and 5-10 minutes time for each chair. Oh, and they are very comfortable to sit in.

One of the two chairs I purchased arrived damaged. This was of course not noticed until the first chair was assembled. When I looked into an exchange, the color we bought is of course no longer available. Now I have to deal with disassembly and returning both of these chairs. SUPER FRUSTRATING !

I bought 4 of these chairs almost 3 years ago. At the same time, I bought 4 Polywood chaise lounge chairs & 2 side tables in white. The Polywood furniture still is bright white and requires no maintenance. These chairs turn yellow and even with washing are not the original white. They require way too much scrubbing and still are yellow. The picture shows a chair recently washed compared to very white Polywood side table. Is there a warranty on these chairs? If so, how do I return? Wish I would have purchased all Polywood products.

The reviews about broken arm supports are correct. Even the display in Sam's was broken in the same spot. With some extra bolts, nuts and washers, you can support the arms and back properly. Before you mount the arm rests, use a flat head screw driver to separate the arm rest into the top and bottom half. It will pop upon, it is not glued together, I did it on the inside of the arm rest. Once it's apart, put the square bolts in the arm rest as instructed. Attach the arm rest and screw the front part in all the way. Attach the back of the arm rest to the back support and put the screw in just enough to hold it in place. Notice the indention that aligns the arm rest, this is where you will drill through to the back rest for added support. Using a 1/4” bit, drill all the way through. Then use a 1/4-20 x 2 stainless bolt (I used a pan Phillips machine screw), a 1/4-20 stainless nylon bolt and two 1/4 x 3/4 stainless washers. Once you have the screw/bolt secure, take the back arm rest screw out, clip the top back to the arm rest and then put the screw back in. I bought all of the hardware at Lowe's, enough for four chairs was right at $12. This will add a good bit of support to the back rest and take the strain off the arm rest clip. Hope that helps! Obviously, I'd rather not make these modifications, but for $79, it's not that bad.

Received 2 of these as a wedding gift and they have been outside at our fire pit in the Georgia weather for 2 years now. I scrub them a little before we want to use them and the dirt and grime comes right off. They look nearly as great as when we got them. My large built 6'4” husband fits comfortably in the chair. Holds up well in our experience!

I just bought two chairs online and when we opened the box both chairs were cracked to pieces. I've reached out to Keter directly as instructed in the manual but they were unable to replace the piece and said I would need to take it to the store. I reached out to the help center online and was given the run around. I finally got a hold of another associate and she gave me the option to get them replaced or refund. I love the style of the chair but the material quality I'm not a fan of. I feel like they will not up hold in this Florida sun.

We ordered two of these chairs, they came in the boxes looked good, but one of the chairs was damaged inside. We re-ordered for the one broken chair, only to have it show up in a good box, again with a different part broken inside. We will not buy these ever again.

Just picked up two, and going back for two more tomorrow. Very, very easy to assemble, actually fun assembling it. I don't have to worry about wood rotting as they are made of heavy duty resin. They have a good weight so I feel confident leaving them outside. They sold out of the various colors so I was left with grey but it's still desirable. They are sturdy if you assemble them correctly. They're very comfortable, much more than your average Adirondack on the market. Love the feeling knowing these will last and I don't have to worry about treating them yearly from the elements here in Florida.
