Received 2 of these as a wedding gift and they have been outside at our fire pit in the Georgia weather for 2 years now. I scrub them a little before we want to use them and the dirt and grime comes right off. They look nearly as great as when we got them. My large built 6'4” husband fits comfortably in the chair. Holds up well in our experience!

The reviews about broken arm supports are correct. Even the display in Sam's was broken in the same spot. With some extra bolts, nuts and washers, you can support the arms and back properly. Before you mount the arm rests, use a flat head screw driver to separate the arm rest into the top and bottom half. It will pop upon, it is not glued together, I did it on the inside of the arm rest. Once it's apart, put the square bolts in the arm rest as instructed. Attach the arm rest and screw the front part in all the way. Attach the back of the arm rest to the back support and put the screw in just enough to hold it in place. Notice the indention that aligns the arm rest, this is where you will drill through to the back rest for added support. Using a 1/4” bit, drill all the way through. Then use a 1/4-20 x 2 stainless bolt (I used a pan Phillips machine screw), a 1/4-20 stainless nylon bolt and two 1/4 x 3/4 stainless washers. Once you have the screw/bolt secure, take the back arm rest screw out, clip the top back to the arm rest and then put the screw back in. I bought all of the hardware at Lowe's, enough for four chairs was right at $12. This will add a good bit of support to the back rest and take the strain off the arm rest clip. Hope that helps! Obviously, I'd rather not make these modifications, but for $79, it's not that bad.

One of the two chairs I purchased arrived damaged. This was of course not noticed until the first chair was assembled. When I looked into an exchange, the color we bought is of course no longer available. Now I have to deal with disassembly and returning both of these chairs. SUPER FRUSTRATING !

Great chairs. EXCEPT! There is a flaw. These are rated up to 350 lbs. No way! I weigh 260 lbs and broke 2 chairs. There's a weak spot where the arm rests connects to the back. I found a fix. Fill the void with hot-melt-glue to make it a solid piece around the bolts. It supports the weak area so it doesn't deform and break.

Bought 4. Easy to put together. Lightweight. The insert used to hold each bolt in place falls out we the weather warms and the plastic expands. Had to tighten bolts daily. Thought I had it figured out. Nope, the plastic arms break off at the joints. I intend on returning these unless the manufacturer provides me a way to fix this issue. As of now, DO NOT BUY! Very excited to buy these and very disappointed in the quality.

I recieved these in June 2022 and assembled and left outside (what they were bought for). They were only used a few times. When I went to use them in August, one was cracked and the other cracked when my husband sat on it. We and the other user are well under the weight limit. I called and requested a box and shipping label to return them as was told to not worry sending back but I would be credited. I've since have to call each week and get a complete run around as to where my credit is. I welcome Sams to come and get the junk they sold at a high price if that's what they are waiting for to finally issue my refund! Instead since August I keep getting assured I'm getting the credit and given a new reference number confirming the credit. I've also received email conformation of the credit BUT never the credit on my account!!! Completely frustrated at the time I've wasted so far to no avail...

I love the way these chairs look and they were very comfortable…while they lasted. Unfortunately all four of my chairs have broken due to poor design! I'm so disappointed because they were expensive and now they are useless. I sure wish they were a better quality of design that doesn't easily break from just resting your arms on the armrest, but they are now just junk. So disappointed, Sams Club.

Purchased 4.First of all the color said they were black but turns out to be blue. Not that big of a deal I can live with. Several people talked about the arm breaking off. Its not the arm breaking off its the nut plate that the bolt goes in to is not secured by any thing, so if you go to lift it by the arm, the arm will come off. After reattaching the arm EVERY time I went to move the chair ( VERY FRUSTRATING & ANNOYING ) I decided to epoxy the nut plate(s) into the arm and then epoxy the arm to the chair. HORIBLE DESIGN!! HORIBLE ENGINEERING FLAW!!! I hope this helps some one

Initially these chairs work great. Comfortable, hold their color in the sun, easy to assemble.. However after a couple months of use I'm afraid the plastic becomes brittle in the outdoors; possibly due to rubbing against the metal screws? I have 2 chairs with arms that have broken very easily. Unfortunately--Keter's USA customer service team refuses to assist and is difficult to get in touch with. I wish I had invested in sturdier chairs initially and I would not be dealing with 2 broken chairs.

I bought 4 chairs in 2022. I figured they would outlive them the cheap Adirondack chairs that you see stacked at all the stores. Boy was i wrong… 3 out of 4 chairs have cracks in the seat and one of them has fallen apart and you cant even sit in it. I would say i got 8 months out of them. What is the warranty?
