I bought 2 of these to sit in beach end of pool. Stainless hardware sits above the water. Heavy enough to stay put even in storms. Comfortable softer resin not hard plastic. swivel cup holder a big plus. Very big and roomy and relaxing. You can pay $20 for cheap disposable ones at the dollar store or $150 overkill price for a chair that will live outdoors in the elements. This is the perfect in between.

I bought these thinking they may be made of composite material. I couldn't find a description of the materials only that it was made to withstand the environment. So hopeful only to open it up to find out it's just regular plastic!!! That won't last anytime in the Florida sun and we can pay alot less for the same type of material! Will be returning them.shortly. Oh well!

I recieved these in June 2022 and assembled and left outside (what they were bought for). They were only used a few times. When I went to use them in August, one was cracked and the other cracked when my husband sat on it. We and the other user are well under the weight limit. I called and requested a box and shipping label to return them as was told to not worry sending back but I would be credited. I've since have to call each week and get a complete run around as to where my credit is. I welcome Sams to come and get the junk they sold at a high price if that's what they are waiting for to finally issue my refund! Instead since August I keep getting assured I'm getting the credit and given a new reference number confirming the credit. I've also received email conformation of the credit BUT never the credit on my account!!! Completely frustrated at the time I've wasted so far to no avail...

The arms becoming detached when you lift the chair to move them. It seems the screws don't hold the arms really well despite proper installation. I have bought 3 of them and 2 of them already came off and third one I am not bothering lifting or moving. ! Also, the chair is bit lighter so it flies out in strong winds. On top of that very very poor customer service when I contacted them to Despite multiple emalis and several calls -- no response or only one response waiting on higher deparment to take action. No resolution for more than 3 months of sending initial emails.

I lifted a chair right after putting it together and an arm broke off. The design calls for a treaded insert to be placed in a slot within the arm which fits over a molded bracket on the chair. The same molded bracket is not strong enough to support the weight of the chair when lifted by the arm.

Great chairs. EXCEPT! There is a flaw. These are rated up to 350 lbs. No way! I weigh 260 lbs and broke 2 chairs. There's a weak spot where the arm rests connects to the back. I found a fix. Fill the void with hot-melt-glue to make it a solid piece around the bolts. It supports the weak area so it doesn't deform and break.

I love the way these chairs look and they were very comfortable…while they lasted. Unfortunately all four of my chairs have broken due to poor design! I'm so disappointed because they were expensive and now they are useless. I sure wish they were a better quality of design that doesn't easily break from just resting your arms on the armrest, but they are now just junk. So disappointed, Sams Club.

Material is heavy plastic. It's hollow and the pieces snap together. I took the back out & immediately noticed the front/back where not snapped together well. I tried to snap it but it wouldn't stick. I even stepped on it try to get it together & it keeps popping open. Not even bothering to assemble. Just returning them both.

Bought 4. Easy to put together. Lightweight. The insert used to hold each bolt in place falls out we the weather warms and the plastic expands. Had to tighten bolts daily. Thought I had it figured out. Nope, the plastic arms break off at the joints. I intend on returning these unless the manufacturer provides me a way to fix this issue. As of now, DO NOT BUY! Very excited to buy these and very disappointed in the quality.

Put them together and one broke at the first sitting. I called manufacturer and did't have the part and suggested use Sam's guarantee. Sam's offered credit if I unassembled chairs and put them back on boxes, which I don't have time to do. Looking nice but cheap made chairs. And btw, I'm not overweight (5'4 - 148lbs).
