Love the color and durability. ( we just got them so haven't put them through the complete test) Looking forward to using them by the pool! Maybe even in the pool

Chairs are easy to assemble, comfortable, and appear to be durable. Have had outside for a few weeks, and they haven't budged under Oklahoma spring winds but are light weight enough to be carried by my 11 yr old.

These were a great bargain. Was looking for something my cats couldn't destroy and these fit the bill. Sad I didn't order them earlier because the colors sold out pretty quick.

Love these chairs. Easy to assemble and nice size for shorter people. I am 5'4" and I can touch the ground, my husband is 6'3" and he loves them as well. Great support. Nice price.

They are sturdy, attractive, and durable. Bought them for a backyard fire pit and I made the right choice. They are plastic, but not a flimsy plastic and I expect them to last a long time,

I lifted a chair right after putting it together and an arm broke off. The design calls for a treaded insert to be placed in a slot within the arm which fits over a molded bracket on the chair. The same molded bracket is not strong enough to support the weight of the chair when lifted by the arm.

I just bought two of these grey chairs and assembled them. The chairs are not made of solid polywood (recycled plastic) or wood, so do not buy with that expectation. Therefore, they are not super heavy duty. The planks of the chair and structural members are made of hollow plastic (HDPE), but I would not consider that a deal breaker. They are a good compromise between paying $150+ per for more heavy duty chairs or $20 for thin plastic ones that crack in a year. The hardware is stainless steel so it will not rust, and it is installed in slots in heavier reinforced, plastic molded housings. Instructions are provided and assembly is super easy. If the chairs are to fail, I imagine it would happen at these locations, but the housings seem heavy duty to me. So far, they are heavy enough to not get blown over in the wind. They have stayed upright through two storms in the south east. The specification says they weigh 25lb. They look good and are comfortable. I believe they will hold up for years, but we will see.

I bought 4 chairs in 2022. I figured they would outlive them the cheap Adirondack chairs that you see stacked at all the stores. Boy was i wrong… 3 out of 4 chairs have cracks in the seat and one of them has fallen apart and you cant even sit in it. I would say i got 8 months out of them. What is the warranty?

I actually opened a Sam's Club MasterCard to get a discount on these. To be a plastic chair, they are quite expensive. I thought they would be tough since they have such a high weight rating. They are heavy, they do seem to have a higher quality than the typical cheap resin chairs, but they aren't I actually had resin chairs from a big box store that cost 1/2 as much and lasted for 3 years. I reached out to the Keter Company to see they could send replacement parts for the section of the back that cracking at a mounting point for the arm. They refused. At that point I had them over a month and that was beyond the Sam's Club return policy. A policy in which, even though Sam's sells them, they shouldn't be responsible for poor manufacturing. I spent 4 times the cost of basic adirondack resin chairs and now, they are relegated to the small kids to use because the cracking is only getting worse with a 240lb man and a 185lb woman using them.

Purchased 6 chairs, one of the tabs broke which holds the arm up after only a month. Opened a case with Keter, they don't respond to emails. I have to open new cases just to reply to my first case. 6 months later they say they don't have the product anymore and can give a prorated refund. Unacceptable as we need 6 chairs, not 5 and a prorated refund. So much for a 10 year warranty.
