[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this refrigerator a week ago and really love it. I fits perfectly in our space, cooled down very quickly and was easy to set up. Water and ice in the door works perfectly. The controls are pretty intuitive. Being able to put it in my SmartThings app is an added bonus. We replaced a three door (bottom freezer) with this one and now we are able to see and find everything without having to dig through the entire freezer to find something. So much easier and more efficient. We're very happy with it and haven't found anything we don't like about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size is perfect/ counter depth don't like the opening without handles the water dispenser s difficult to use/ placement of glass or pitcher the system is quiet 👍 there are no racks to put soda or dressing bottles only one drawer slides out placement of the water filter should be up towards the top inconvenient to have to get it at the bottom only one light at the top prefer light throughout the back the freezer is mor favorable with two draws efficiency pending capacity ok again would prefer more draws and soda racks cooling is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its very roomy ice cold w I thin thirty mins of pluggin in ice was already forming it also saves us a lot of room considering now we dont have to have a deep freezer as well which I n return helps on our electric bill it alone run cheaper then our last ice box not counting the cost of having to have an additional deep freezer which we now dont have on a sidenote i love havin friends and the fam over n showing off the baddest and sluckest fridge out of all our family and friends

I would like for the freezer to be configured just a little differently, the ergonomics are just a little difficult with it.

Samsung has always been an active product line in our home so we couldn't say no to this 22 ft side by side. Just enough room to have the cool organization, the capacity is great despite it looking so small. Cooling is amazing fast, so easy to clean as well.
