[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with our new Samsung refrigerator. It looks amazing on the outside with straight, clean edges. And the inside is very bright with well designed, easy to clean compartments. We selected the counter depth refrigerator because our kitchen is not big. And I am so glad we did: it fits the space nicely without feeling overpowering. Yet, it is quite spacious. Our old fridge was packed with food and, after transferring all of it to the new Samsung fridge, there is plenty of room left. Functionality wise, I enjoy how quiet and well insulated it is. The power freeze feature is also very convenient after a grocery trip with frozen goods on a hot day. Finally, the water and ice dispenser are the icing on the cake.

Dents very easily..... bumping into it with a laundry basket/a box/bag of groceries just the right way leaves dents/deep lines/dents in the 'stainless steel', more like tin can density. I am disappointed in the quality of the exterior... we don't have little kids, just every day walking through the kitchen and a slight bump damages the exterior..

My family and I recently purchased land and are building a new home and this fridge is perfect. I love the color and overall design. It fits perfectly flush with our counters and with the handles being recessed instead of on the front of the doors it really looks sleek. I also like how much room is in the door. A gallon of milk and tea can easily fit in one of the bins. The adjustable top shelf is so handy, I no longer struggle to find a place for hard to fit items and it makes organizing much easier. I have two rowdy boys and am happy to say that the fingerprint resistance feature really works, I was impressed. It is fantastic fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE THIS COUNTER DEPTH REFRIGERATOR HAD IT SINCE DECEMBER 2022, SO far so good. Plenty of storage for everything. Love the no handle look too. Food in refridgerator side and freezer keeps eveything at correct temp.No problems with food in refrigerator side freezing. Like the stainless steele smudge proof exterior.Very Happy So far!

Overall I love the refrigerator. Fits the space perfectly, quite, maintains temps.....only issue is the ice maker. Half the time I get crushed when I have it set for cubes. Had a service tech out and he took it all apart and put it back together....still have the same problem....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought my refrigerator two years ago. Works perfectly, we have had no problems since we installed the unit. Smartthings integration works well, I get notifications on my cell phone if there is a door open.

this refrigerator replaces another brand. it does not have as many bells and whistles, but it is an excellent refrigerator for the cost. it is slightly noisier than i expected, but that's a minimal issue. if it remains consistent for 12 months, i would probably add the fifth star. i would definitely recommend and i would definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new refrigerator. I love the modern, space-saving look and how much room the fridge has. The fingerprint-resistant finish is great for keeping a clean look. The lighting is the perfect amount and it illuminates all areas of the fridge and freezer. The all around cooling covers every area of the fridge and freezer. The control panel is easily accessible and easy to use. The adjustable shelves are great and I love the extra wide door shelves that fit gallons of milk or 2 liters of soda. I like the drawer in the freezer to keep smaller items in. It also flashes and dings when the door is left open too long. The in-door dispenser is easy to select from water, cubed ice, or crushed ice. I have been raving about this fridge to my friends and family.

we purchased a samsung because we had purchased a samsung washer many years ago and loved it. we haven't had any issues with our refrigerator. it's not as "fingerprint resistant" as much as i was hoping. we also love the no handle feature. two cons that we have experienced. one, the ice machine is small! our family likes a lot of ice in their drinks and also seems to replenish slowly---so much so we now have an ice machine to use when we have family or company over. the second is we had one of the shelves literally shatter when cleaning this week. unsure of what would make it do that because (a.) it was on the plastic end and on a rubber mat in the sink, (b.) it was just warm water and dish det. over all, it has been a great purchase. hope this helps!
