In the freezer, there is a space above the bottom drawer with guiding rails, but no drawer. This doesn't seem to be aligned with the original or intended design, and certainly not with customer expectations. Or simply put, counter intuitive. Same is true for the space at the bottom of the freezer door. There are holding beads, but no bin. A small/thin bin may have been intended for that space just as in the fridge door on the right. The door itself is too thick.The depth of the compartment is too shallow.
