We have ordered this particular salmon for a very long time multiple bags each month. This last bag had two of the vacuum filled fillets that were not vacuum sealed they actually had some freezer burn on them. The last two of the flights that I had personally had bones and while I'm always mindful of watching for those small bones, these were not small bones they were very sizable upwards of 2.5" long in these fillets and probably an eighth of an inch across. They were not tiny little pin bones and they should have been detected in the packaging process. For the time being we will not be purchasing any more of this particular salmon and honestly, I threw away what I had for dinner tonight. I just could not continue on after finding the third bone tonight alone very disappointed in the quality control on this as we have used this as a staple in our home for quite some time.

I have purchased this salmon several times and have never been impressed. The quality is mediocre at best. The individual filets are supposed to be vacuum sealed, but the last time I purchased this a few of the sealed packages leaked and I had to throw some of the filets away. I will not buy this again.

Fish is very tasty and portions are perfect. With the exception of two pieces, every other piece had many many bones. At least 4-5 bones per piece. Will go back to buying fresh and cutting and freezing myself. I can’t enjoy fish when I get a mouthful of bones.

so i tried the members mark atlantic salmon recently and honestly i was pretty disappointed. the quality is super hit or miss because the slices are very inconsistent, like some are way thicker than others so they never cook evenly. also when i was prepping it, it seemed like it just oozes out this weird fake color, which definitely doesnt make it look very appetizing. probably gonna skip this one next time and stick to getting fresh fish from somewhere else.

I like the convenience of these salmon, but my family does like the skin so we sacrifice a little. However, this last time there were several tail pieces which are thin. They advertise center cut since there was seven pieces and four tales. I think this is false advertising. The taste is fine, but you have to be extra careful with the tails. They’re just so thin, you can overcook them.

We have found this brand of salmon is the best !
