I have been buying this salmon for a couple if years. 2-3 bags a month. It is skinkess. No fishy taste. Very consistent. Thaw under refrigeration. Try brouled with Grill Mates brown sugar bourbon seasoning. Delicious!!!

Salmon is always delicous. We have cooked it in the oven, blackened on the stove, grilled and even done in the air fryer (my personal fave). Color is bright and taste is delicious.

I am disappointed that the product is “farm raised”. Farm raised is indicating that they raise the fish in a confined area and feed it all kinds of junk food. But as far as I know, Sam's does not carry a wild caught cod in a frozen state. So although I eat it, I seriously wish that I could purchase wild caught cod. It's much healthier, from what I understand.

My family and I love the skinless salmon, it's hit in our home.
