This is my families go to meal when we need something quick and easy. It thaws and cooks in minutes and because its individually packed we only use what we need without thawing out the whole bag!! And so easy to cook, even the kids can make it!! Our favorite toppings to add before baking is butter, salt & pepper, a little mayo, and Furikake! We pair this with a salad or broccoli, (kids eat it with rice or potatoes) or avocado and nori to make mini sushi!! So Ono!!

We ALWAYS have Sam's salmon in the freezer, and if we don’t, it is on the list to buy! One star deducted because every *once in a while* (maybe once or twice per year), we get a bag that is extra fishy tasting. But, we still eat (it isn’t terrible, we just prefer really mild salmon). Otherwise, all other bags are 5 stars. We try to eat Salmon about 2x per week….we buy a lot! Great product and we recommend to friends and family. Some bones occasionally, but rare (and something that is possible with all fish products so it doesn’t bother us to find a bone on a rare occasion). Overall, we love this product and keep it stocked in our household. Love the vacuum packed portions, quality, convenience and taste. Thank you Sam’s for carrying this product!

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS SALMON IS SOMETIMES YOU WILL GET A BAG THAT LOOKS LIKE A HATCHET CHOPPING NUT CASE CUT IT UP. IT IS NOT AT ALL STEAKS LIKE PICTURE ON FRONT. THEY SHOULD COME IN UNIFORM STEAK SLICED PORTIONS.LIKE YOU SHOW ON FRONT OF PACKAGE.

Easy to cook in microwave, 1-2 pieces at a time. Remove plastic, place on plate, cover and cook (1) - 50% for 6min or (2) - 50% for 10-11min. Butter, salt-pepper or any sauce. Great, healthy meal with a side and vegetables. Takes a while to steam, but I've defrosted in the microwave and steamed.

The salmon cooked very well. I thought that they might be dry because the skin helps seal some of the juices but they were good with lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil and Himalayan salt and pepper to taste. My family loved these and will definitely buy them again.

Great salmon. I like to cook the entire bag of 5 - 6 pieces at one time in the oven. I freeze half and keep for the week the other half. It is delicious and healthy! I do vary on the seasons that use but I always use a teaspoon+ of cooking evol per piece.

Very disappointed that my package was 3 servings short. Product states 10 serving and I received 7. I purchase this brand because I like the skinless Salmon and the quantity is enough for 5 meals. The price remains the same but the number of serving is reduced. Not happy

I love this salmon! I have it on hand at all times. It’s always an easy fix when dinner is looming. I try to thaw the day before, but if I have to have it quickly, I just put I a couple of fillets (still wrapped) in a big bowl of cool water and stick it in the fridge. Thaws quickly and safely. I usually season with Old Bay (or whatever I’m in the mood for) and sear in a pan with some olive oil. Then I put in the oven to finish off while I finish the rest of my dinner. So easy and good!

I have been buying this salmon from Sam's Club for many years and have always enjoyed it until lately. The last several months, the salmon has changed and the flavor and smell are substantially different. There is also a white film on the salmon after cooking that must be scraped off before eating it. I think that is where the smell comes from. I thought maybe I just got a bad package or two but lately it's been every package....I'm done spending my money on this salmon!

Disappointed that the portions are not uniform as they have been in the past. One was not vacuum sealed as were the rest. Have been buying these for years and never had reason to whine...will buy again and see if this is the new status quo...if so, buh-bye salmon.
