This frozen salmon is a staple in my seafood .I have a taste for this salmon cooked in Lemon butter dill sauce with fresh lemon . Serve with rice.note on cooking this salmon I used a shrimp fork to poke hole in the salmon to make sure it cooked well before I put my sauce on it after I broiled it in the oven.

I really like this salmon because one is the correct portion for me on my nutrition plan so I don't have to weigh it the only thing I wish they would be a little better at is make it more standardized sometimes you get a little bit bigger pieces than others but I guess that also depends on the fish that there preparing. On all it's a very clean way to have a nice piece of salmon when you don't want 2 lb of it at one time to cook

It is unfortunate that such great quality salmon fillets comes with the “grey” center meat section of the fillet. We certainly find it to have a strong unpleasant taste and have to remove it from each fillet before cooking. This is the only issue. Maybe Sams will address this in the coming shipments.

The size of the salmon fillets are perfect for a person, as myself, who is trying to eat more healthy by incorporating salmon into my diet. Love that the fillets are individually packaged. Throw on a little seasoning, put in the air fryer and you have a perfect entree. For a first time salmon eater, I highly recommend.

This product gets high marks for everything. Abt 8 pieces in my bag, individually wrapped, great price and very tasty. I will never buy salmon that i have to put in freezer bags and get fishy smelling hands again. This is convenient with nice size pieces and tastes great. I eat salmon weekly this is perfect for everyone.

This salmon is easy to cook because each piece is wrapped individually. You can take out as many pieces you need. I have put pieces in my air fryer, oven and cooked on top of the stove in a frying pan. Each portion size is enough for an adult. This is an easy weekday meal choice and it's also priced reasonably.

The portions aren’t always consistent. This doesn’t stop me from purchasing it again because they are I digitally wrapped and we are a family of 5 so different sizes feed different sized humans. -my adult husband will eat a bigger portion compared to our 6 year old daughter....

Easy to cook in microwave, 1-2 pieces at a time. Remove plastic, place on plate, cover and cook (1) - 50% for 6min or (2) - 50% for 10-11min. Butter, salt-pepper or any sauce. Great, healthy meal with a side and vegetables. Takes a while to steam, but I've defrosted in the microwave and steamed.

It may seem a cliche but it's not, the content doesn't look at all like the picture on the bag. Having purchased this product before I was negatively surprised when I open the bag and found portions of all shapes and weights unlike the filets I am used to purchase.

To defrost quickly, put whatever you need into a bowl of cold water & push the down with a heavy pan & they’ll defrost in no time! (Technically one hour.) SO tasty, easy to prepare, you can coat with Panko or not. I drizzle sime olive oil over the a lemon slice or two. The come individually packaged.
