I am on my second bag of these frozen salmon fillets and they are delicious! Not one of the fillets has ever had a strong taste, they are mild and almost buttery tasting. I’ve tried them a number of ways but one of the easiest and most delicious ways is to put a frozen fillet in a piece of aluminum foil drizzle with some olive oil and sprinkle whatever seasoning you like on the frozen fillet – I love lemon pepper! Seal up the aluminum foil pouch bake in the oven at around 375-400° for about 25-30 minutes… Open it up and they are delicious!

I had been buying this fairly regularly, however, I started to notice that I was finding tiny bones in my filets more and more often. The final straw for me was when a teeny tiny bone, about the size of a grain of rice, got caught in my throat. I have not had this issue with other brands so will be going back to those.

I though I hated fish. Purchased this for my mom in law. Grilled it in a aluminum wrap after marinating in evoo, lemon juice, pepper, salt, basil, and parsley. 5 minutes on hot grill each side. This is absolutely delicious. I now have salmon, cod, or paddock at least once a week. Just great.

I bought the fresh salmon for years and yesterday when I went it was only two pieces left and I didn't want either. I decided to buy the frozen salmon and loved it. Absolutely fresh, not freezer burned, and this is the product that I will continue to buy from now on.

the fillets are not as pictured. all different sizes making it difficult to cook several pieces at one time. All pieces have a dark strip that is very fishy and must be cut out making the usable weight less. Last bag purchased had fewer pieces that were larger so now we have to spend more. (nice marketing ploy). The product could be so good if someone paid attention to critical details.

I get this salmon exclusively to put in the smoker for a nice, long, low heat smoke. Salmon takes in real smoke flavor very well. I like the cut of the filets. They're very dense. I coat with a little olive oil, garlic, pepper, sometimes lime, and a little salt. They come out so buttery. I've tried other products, but this one is my fav.

On the package it says center cut. I just had a package with all tail end of fish. I could see just one but every one was a tail and no center cut. I am doing pick up and if I went in store I would have returned this because it’s misleading. Salmon is always good but I am not happy when it says center cut.

My fav salmon to buy from all grocery stores…but idk what’s going on lately the pieces are a lot smaller and the texture is a bit off. Also, my last two bags seems to be defrosted and refrozen again the pieces were literally bent in both bags bought like 2 weeks apart. I am a pescatarian and buy this salmon quite often. With the increase in price plus the change in quality I’m a little unhappy. Might have to switch to fresh salmon and frozen the pieces for now. What is going on Sams?

The last bag we bought has filets of all sizes. It's nearly impossible to cook more than one filet because they are all different sizes and thicknesses - I have yet to find one that matches the cooking instructions. Each filet in the whole bag use to be comparable in size so multiple filets could be cooked together according to the directions. Also the last one we had tasted fishy, which has never happened.

We love these salmon filets. Bake them straight out of the freezer with lemon juice, olive oil, and home made 'Emmerils essence.' 350F 45min always gets moist and tender and fully cooked. We don't thaw in advance. This has been our standard weekend meal for many years! Flawless every single time.
